Your argument is that DD has more than just strength. He's also fast, agile, a skilled hand-to-hand fighter, and smart.
Spidey is way stronger, way faster, way more agile, has his OWN style(meaning none of this "I know the style" crap), and is probably a great deal smarter than DD.
On top of that, Spidey is a big talker in a fight. I'm sure he'd get Wolverine to fight clumsier and thus give him a BIGGER advantage.

I also love how you didn't refute any point I made except for a really weak defense to my "PIS FOR Wolverine = Good. PIS AGAINST Wolverine = Bad".
Spiderman he and Daredevil are not affected by the dark in Combat at all. The Spider sense negates it for Spidey and DD would not even know it was dark. Sabretooth lost to Ironfist many years ago in the Dark. Bats might have his sonar in which case he is as good as the first two.
