Scarlet nods in response to Drakkon's tactic.

"You're not stupid, Vasilik," Scarlet adds, slowly. She is not the kind of person to be touching or show much in the way of positive emotion, despite her Rebel status.

For some reason, I picture Vasilik as being huggable...

"Where will you be during the battle?" Sasha asks.

Alright...
F'ckin hell Galahad.. You NEED TO DO SOMETHING!
Your JOB! Is to give the Imps hell when shit like sending transmissions to the senate behind yoru back, goes on...
We've been giving the Imps basically Free reign! We Need to start getting on their case! Question WHY they are sending the transmission. Demand a copy of it! Call the Senate about why they are shooting down innocent freighters!
Don't know what to do?
CREATE SOMETHING! Go poke around, Go harrass the Imps. You let them walk right into the records... You kinda went "Umm, Hi... What are you doing?....Oh ok.. Carry On..."

I know I'm being harsh, But, this is LOOSING US THE DAMN GAME!

Vasilik: First Huggable Osokan?

And agreed, Galahad, you need to kick Imp butt about this transmission, and demand a copy.

They'll tell him it is a military matter. Try it from the other side.

"In city," Vasilik says, nodding. "Definitely."

I would say Ride both sides.. But yes, getting it from the senate is probably much more viable..

As far as I know, it is most likely not the Commissar that's sending those transmissions. I am going to say it is Lord Vader, and he already dislikes me very much...

I was going to call the Star Destroyer, by the way, and question the reasons behind contacting the Senate.

Getting it from the Senate is less viable, because it takes forever to talk to them, doesn't it?

Eerin chuckles a little at Vasilik's obviousness, but not enought be noticed. He says nothing, knowing he won't be understood.

"I think Scarlet meant where in the city will you be?"

No-one from the task force is available to comment.

And the Senate is slow unless you knownhow to work it. Besides which, you can think a lot smarter than thinking getting senatorial info involves calling a full Senate meeting with all the delay that implies.

"Err..." says Vasilik. "In... important place?"

Yea..
Call A senator... and ask him whats up. Shouldn''t be too hard to find someone who knows whats going on.

Galahad has ties to the Senate, but would it be at all appropriate to call my Mentor, Mon Mothma?

If a session has not been called she'd know little.

But Ties to the Senate means you know people at all levels- Senators, their aides, their assistants, their secretaries, recorders in the Senate, observers in the Senate, administrators in the Senate, the people in communications, records, the legal department, security, even the janitors.

That's the thing with an Elder Statesman- real life or otherwise- they just know nearly everyone.

People in communications...

That sounds nifty!

I will contact someone I know in the Senatorial communications office and request a copy of the transmission.

Ok, a few minutes later you are in contact with a man I shall call Jem.

"We receive several hundred Imperial communications a day, you know," he says. "Every planet has a garrison, every sector has a headquarters, and as for the fleet..."

"I know, Jem, but this is rather important," Galahad says. "How long would it take you to narrow it down to transmissions from the Victorious, in orbit around Lanzar?"

"Lanzar, Lanzar..." he says, looking through records. "I'm only doing this because your vote guaranteed our pay scales, you know. They don't like us reviewing records once logged. What do yuo care about that rock, anyway?"

"I'm currently trying to save it," Galahad says. "A bit of trouble here."

"Save it? That's nothing to do with you, surely."
