USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Rebel Alliance Thread

Started by Bespin Bart280 pages

Hey Ush, just how many Lodge Captains are there? And do they all have contingents of whip-wielders?

You have no idea. You may have gathered things from various clues.

No-one ever really tried to find out such things.

-

Galahad- if they stay for the battle, what then? Whenever you leave, if you leave them behind, they are abandoned.

Meaning that they will be needing to leave when I leave, if they expect to get out of here with legal excuse.

Perhaps we should talk to Drakkon about how his forces are going to be organized. They will likely want to follow their Lodge Captains, rather than the Guildmaster.

Could Scarlet talk with Drakkon?

Sure.

(Let's get the weapons distributed. Let's work on closing up the city wherever we can. Let's get ready for a big fight.)

Scarlet bows respectfully as she enters Drakkon's chamber.

"Guildmaster, I wish to inquire as to how your forces will be set up. Will they be led by their Lodge Captains? And will they follow your orders without question?"

I think we should all have an audience with Drakkon at this time.

Galahad will enter the chamber as Scarlet begins to speak with Drakkon, flanked by Zalandos and Ranad, hopefully by Kyle, Rhys, Eerin, Sasha, and Cass as well.

Rhys enters the Hall as well, watching Drakkon intently as he waits for the answer to Scarlet's question.

Eerin enters alongside Kyle, halberd and sonic pistol strapped to his back by a neat Geonosian magnetic device.

"[I think we should have had these regularly]," he whispers to Kyle. "[Gotten to know the Guildmaster more]."

Sasha stands by Galahad's side also.

"And will they listen to us?"

Agreed BB,
Oh well. F'ed that up..

(One of a long list of things we f'ed up. Oh well, let's see how far we can turn it around now.)

Kyle laughs out loud. "You mean we should have asked him if he was doing anything illegal? I guess I agree with his logic, but looks where it's gotten him. And I doubt he listens to us now. I get the impression he is a very stubborn leader. He'll lead his people right to their doom. And ours, if we're not careful."

Drakkon says you people are under somewhat of a misapprehension.

"Being that the Guild system, basically, exists."

"What of Captains like Vormax? He seemed rather, er, hard to control."

"A thug. There are very few Hunters- four teams in the entre City. The skilled warriors of the Guilds all died in the fighting. The Guilds now are just associations of bullies and gangsters."

Is there any risk that anarchy could occur in Lanzar City once the battle starts?

Not that you know of. Drakkon didn't win a civil war by messing around. He has control, mostly. Most importantly, the Guilds are not the people, and don't have the strength to control the people.

Kyle, you aren't inside yet.

...

Nah. You thought you heard something outside, far away. Too early, though. You're getting jumpy.

Ah, so it's the masses that we will have trouble uniting, then?

How aware of what is going on is the average Osokan?
