Why did the Alliance hire you again, Scarlet?

Well, of course Darkkon has some important points to consider, and it is a bit bloody rich lecturing people who face annihiliation. Aside from them jhaving no reason to care about being moral, most of them would say "What have we got to lose, exactly?"
Then mix in them being Osokans...
This scene would have had very different relevance if you had made some moral progress with Drakkon, as it would have demonstrated how different the theory and practice of re-habilitating a planet like this is.
Some points to remember, thoigh:
A. The Osokans are not nice people. But they had been pacified for a long time. The breakdown of law and order and the unleashing of such immorality was entirely the work of the Emperor, starting a decade before the Empire itself. The Empire is going to make much of what a hortible threat the Osokans are. But they MADE them that way (annd before anyone reads too much into that as a political allegory, this is not intended. Western involvement in the Middle East at least had some tangible aim in the restriction of what they thought was a bigger threat and was at worst very misguided. The Emperor used the osokans to advance his plans of Galactic Domination and mass murder, and pretty much always intended to kill them all once done with them. Ultimately, it's always pretty simple in Star Wars)
B. As Rebels, you have to keep the hope alive that no matter how bad things are, ANYTHING can get better.

"That part I chose not to dwell on," says Drakkon. "but he told me of what kind of people they are. Considered, relatively, primitive. But of an ancient tribal culture, with much in the way of hunting on their home world. Strong, powerful, feared beings."
"I've tried to do a lot with my world. I've modernised it, centralised it. I've made trade deals and diplomatic efforts. I even convinced our Senator to vote on something. But I cannot change all of our ways overnight, even if I wanted to."
He sits back on his throne.
"Given two or three centuries... I feel we could have been like Kashyyk. But... none of that will ever happen now."
"I'm sorry, Drakkon," Galahad says. "But there is always a possibility that Lanzar might see such things, one day. Dictatorships rarely last forever; eventually the Empire will be overthrown, whether through the Rebellion or another way. Then Lanzar will be able to be like Kashyyyk.
"The Rebellion is tiny, but once we gain victory on Lanzar, it will grow. Support for it will grow. It'll show that the Rebellion is not simply a rag tag team of terrorists and misfits, but a powerful movement against tyranny and oppression in the Galaxy. We'll liberate worlds, we fight armies, we'll wage actual war. Lanzar will be the first, and I am honored to have come to your world."
"That's a future that may lie ahead for you, not us."
There seems little more to be said.

WAR ON LANZAR BEGINS
The Empire declares war on Lanzar! Now only force will resolve things. The invasion is legal and takes place without any significant trouble in the Senate.
It seems Imperial forces started marching before the declaration. Brilliant strategic projection or blatant pre-emption? Irrelevant- it appears there are no witnesses to the early march and only conjecture can say it happened (though it really did)
On the other hand, the Imperials are having real trouble handing the wildlife. The equivalent of a Stormtrooper unit will be lost on the march, and it will be delayed.
The Osokans are a primitive, barbaric people. It is expected that Imperial retribution will be swift and effective. Very effective. In fact, it is expected that the situation be finished within three days of the declaration.
Should the fight take longer than this, rumour will spread of Rebel involvement in frustrating the Imperials. Emboldened of a possible alternative, some worlds oppressed by force will gain hope, courage and a louder voice. Senate Sympathy will incease by one.
Should the Imperials lose... well, that would certainly be a MAJOR issue.
Imperials troops are now 30 hours from Lanzar City.
Galahad will relay the Rebels' ideas of stationing all Osokans with blasters upon the walls to try and crush the initial attack. Should the Imperials breach the walls, all other Osokans will be stationed just inside the gates, ready to intercept them.
"I'll alert you when you have more..."

Okay, since I'm going to be gone until Wednesday, it's up to you guys to start planning things. Cass, Kyle, Rhys, it's pretty imperative that we come up with some good uses for our equipment. We have enough explosives to level a large building, plenty of anti-armor and anti-personnel mines, Gungan weaponry with light catapults that could be used against AT-STs, toys that make blaster sounds, and enough disruptor rifles for each of us.
My ideas:
We could use the explosives to level buildings at various points along the gates, collapsing them in front of the gates so that the stormtroopers, even if they get through the gate, will have to climb over tons of burning wreckage to get through the gates at all.
We could use the blaster toys to make it sound like there's ambushes going on everywhere; the stormtroopers will turn to go 'Oh dear, I hear gunfire from behind!' and then get mauled from the front...well, if they turn, it'd be from behind anyways. That, or intimidation: make it sound like the gunfire on the wall is so intense that the stormtroopers panic.
I want each of us to have some of the Gungan energy grenades or whatever they are called, so that we can use them as we see fit, but otherwise, I want a company of Osokan soldiers trained to use them.
Catapults on the wall, to fight off the heavier things than can get through the shield, like AT-STs or anything that it can be used against.
And the disruptor rifles are up to you guys. They're guns, we can keep them and snipe stormtroopers from the wall, or we can give them to Osokans to have them snipe from the wall.
I want each of us to be on the wall, of course, minus Galahad.
What's the risk of Galahad being exposed as a Rebel if his bodyguard joins the others in fighting the War?
I think if you did that, Drakkon would point out that putting all the gunners on the walls was HIS idea that was relayed unto you guys earlier.
However, don't worry about being identified- everything is going to be so confused that no-one will prove anything. And they already suspect you so nothing lost there.
(Yeah, I like the Mines around the walls. How effective are the energy bombs? Can they disable oreven damage AT-ST's? Do we have anything at all that can harry or harm the AT-AT's? Like the plan says, anyone with a blaster on the walls. Concentrate internal defences at the gates. We might want to ask Drakkon if we can bring down any structures near the gates before we just go wrecking the city. Maybe he has insights on this.
Let's disperse enough beings along the walls so that we can have 360 degrees of observation in case the Imps don't try the doors. I want to ask Drakkon if there are any secret passages or routes through the city. If the spies have discovered them, they'll bypass us with a company of Stormies and blow the generator. Wild chance that it's a reality, but it would suck if it happened and we didn't at least check on it. Cna anyone else think of how they might get a chance at the Generator that doesn't involve a frontal assault?)
