USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Rebel Alliance Thread

I know, he's leading them up.

Ah, bit by bit.

Eerin will head back up; he obviously won't win by doing anything at the midway point, by this time.

The Duchess grins as the jetpacking menace is forced to withdraw under her fire.

"Yes!" she says, but then she sees Arvus rise to the top of a building. "Now, your turn..."

Double-shot at Arvus.

"We did it!" Scarlet shouts to Rhys as Ulrand retreats, his TIE fighters all shot down over the City of Lanzar. "We finally gave that Squadron Leader the beating he deserves!"

I think we should make a strafe attack on the AT-AT units attacking the South Walls. If they lose those, their ratio will drop like our ships usually do when they get shot down...

(HA! Brit, after the battle, our character will have to get 'R' tattoos seeing as we both drove the bounty hunter off. Rebs, we're doing better, let's keep the momentum and run the Imps out!)

"Aw, c'mon!" is all Kyle can say at his situation, disbeleiving he traded a friend for a group of enemies. Just his luck. So he decides to immediately take out his frustration on Jaiden.

(Double shot on Jaiden, dodge.)

"We did good. Save some of that enthusiasm for the victory party, okay? Don't count your Asyyyriaks before they hatch..." Rhys brings the Dawn around, searching for a new target.

If we can like... torpedo some AT-AT heads, that'd be great.

The air strike won;t affect a tactical situation; it's a strategic effect.

Well, Scarlet, what do you think? The fight at the South Wall looks suddenly very dangerous...

And so on we go!

Eerin turns tail and runs immediately, which keeps him out of danger and does sloe a load of troopers during these frames, but ultimately of course he is mainly just blowing his time.

Kyle turns and opens fire on Jaiden, with accurate Gunslinger shooting and Eagle Eye helping him greatly.

kyle basically has two goes at atacking Jaiden, both as Jaiden made his way up and right now, each double shotted. Kyle lands three hits which put Jaiden on the back foot immediately.

At the same time as the second volley of shots he fires, Jaiden gets off a blast from his biiiiiiiiig gun, and he is throwing Fortune into it. Kyle is forced to dive to one side from the blast!

But the Imperials have taken the mid-wall. They can now start to flow up quickly.

-

Arvus fires his high powered dart weapon at Zalandos, and Zaldonos grimaces as he is hit!

That thing is poisoned. Zalandos will have to go get that sorted; he cannot risk endangering his charge's life by getting into trouble here.

Still, Zalandos got to fire first, and Sasha is blasting at Arvus as well.

The STs are still firing into that building, but it's holding still, though those on it still take damage.

-

To tthe North, janthis oirders the STs forwards. yes they can fire on the move, but not as well. They were firing already, too.

Janthis also order a charge on all men that are not his own! His men stay and fire at those on the walls, whilst the chargers fire forwards as best they can. At charging speed they will make it there quite quickly but they do not fire well.

(Rhys, it would be just AWESOME if you two could get up here soon. I don't think this is going to be our wall much longer at this rate.)

As Kyle sees his first shots take effect, he taunts the Imperial. "THIS IS MY WAAAAAA!" he finishes in a scream as he dives to the side, away from a major blast. He recovers as quickly as he can and returns fire, wary of the hand held cannon that almost ruined his day.

(Double Shot and Dodge. Why mess with a good thing?)

Yeah, definitely going to attack at the South Wall here.

Eerin, bitter at having wasted time in the fight against the stormtroopers, charges towards the troopers with a series of snapped Quick Attacks.

Sasha shoots a pained grimace to Zalandos as he's forced to head for cover, then fires on Arvus with renewed vigor.

"Watch for darts!" Sasha shouts to Ranad as she pumps a double-shot at Arvus.

Oh, and make those Jaiden's troopers that Eerin is hacking to pieces.

"What the hell are Asyyyriaks?" Scarlet asks, thoroughly confused.

We might instead attack different units, then, if it is only a strategic effect. It would be a waste on the AT-ATs; they're not going to get hit again.

"Big lizard things from Kashyyyk. And you don't count 'em before they hatch because hanging around a nest usually makes Mommy very angry."

If we have to target individual units, I'd say to strafe through the tons of troopers at the South Wall. But from what Ush said I assumed it was just a strategic effect that changed the advantage ratio.

"...yeah, okay."

There's a damaged AT-ST unit South. Unless we can completely take out a unit with our run, I'd say finish off that AT-ST unit.

And so we go on.

Eerin goes back to wading in crazily against the stormtroopers. He cannot distinguish whose are whose, though.

Kyle and Jaiden trade fire again. Kyle lands just the one glanncing blow this time... but has to throw himself out of the way of a blast from Jaiden that nearly flattens him!

Giving two rounds of combat from the troopers here.

-

At the street fight, this time Sasha misses entirely.

Arvus plans to fire another dart at Ranad. This doesn't happen because Ranad directs the fire from the catapults into Arvus' building this time, promptly taking out what Arvus is standing on. Arvus lands ok but he loses his frames and his good position.

(forgot to remove unseated catapults earlier- have put that in now)

-

Well, Janthis has reached the walls, with all the trouble that entails...

(Eerin, if we both attack Jaiden this turn, we might run him off. It's a gamble next round if i get him or he gets me. Just a thought.)

"Is that all you got?!" Kyle yells back to Jaiden, even though he's quite sure of the answer. But Kyle holds his ground and takes aim once more and fires.

(Betcha can't guess, can ya? Double shot and dodge. Although, I'm nervous about this one...)
