Eerin strikes with a Quick Attack, followed by another Quick Attack if she dodges the first. Both pumped up by Strike of the Master.

Eerin is out of Fortune points, yes? If not, put a Fortune point dodge in for me.

Yes, though so is Rylis now; Bounty Hunters only get the 1.

(Two atacks Eerin, make'em good. Go out in a blaze of Bug Glory! Kyle will avange you!)

Kyle continues blasting madly away at the stormtrooper invading the wharehouse.

(More supersnapping, please. Folks I think we might pull this one out. And Rhys, the supersnapping has gone well enough for me. I think you have the same skill (14) as I do, so let it rip!)

Alright, lets do some supersnapping attacks on stormies, then.

Righteo...

I've decided that I want to be cruel, since it won't take much to take out either of us. Might as well laugh while I can...

Eerin will make two Quick Attacks snapped, using Strike of the Master to boost both, then a third Quick Attack unsnapped, also boosted.

Eerin is going for Rylis with another Strike of the Master, combined with a snapped Quick Attack!

Rylis is apparently declining to dodge (presumably you forgot to tell me, but I asked you to confirm your actions- I never assume dodges for anyone) so this just needs a good roll from Eerin to settle the matter. He rolls a 6- no good.

Eerin then repeats this but now the error is his because SOTM is Predictable and the current 12 frame period in which each time he uses it it gets worse lasts from frames 36 to 48 and this is time number three. Although these are single frame attacks he is making, they are at a penalty to hit even with SOTM. 8 is a miss again. Now there is frame parity.

Rylis is actually backing away towards the doorway out but there's still time for Eerin to attack again, and Rylis is firing at him anyway. This time Eerin makes an unsapped Quick Attack; him boosting it with SOTM for the fourth time in a row is just blowing pool. No need normally to track a pool of 14 in a 12 frame period but Eerin has actually gone through 13 of it with six frames to go. He is absolutely at the limit.

Still, Rylis' failure to dodge counts against her. Eerin rolls a 10 and that is a hit. Unfortunately for Eerin it is a rubbish hit for two damage.

Eerin is not dodging either and Rylis hits him right back- that finishes it. Eerin must withdraw.

Snapping is becoming an obsession with people- cost Eerin a hit on Rylis there. Rylis also snapped and would have missed had Eerin dodged. Do bear in mind it is a gamble.

Similarly, Kyle misses 2 out of his three super snaps.

Somewhat unaccountably, Jaiden switches to a Heavy Weapon to carry on his fight with Scarlet even though this reduces his chanecs to hurt her, him not being as good, and costs him more frames. A 13 would ordinarily be a hit, but she dodges it, the concussion weapon blowing out a chunk of the shaft next to her.

Still, rolling 1s from Scarlet does not help her cause either.

Meanwhile, the trooper/Osokan fight continues, as more troops pour into the elevator.

-

Rhys' supersnaps give him the same result as Kyle- miss, miss, kill. Remember you have to hit a Mook by five or more to kill it, and supersnapping gives you -5 to hit. Even with various bonuses it makes not killing a considerable possibility. Sasha gets a couple of kills though.

Janthis- you find yourself in a fight with an Osokan!

1s? Oh come on...

Scarlet keeps pulling the trigger on Jaiden, furious that nothing is hitting him as her blasts streak towards him in the cramped space of the elevator.

Kyle, you're going to want to deal with someone right now...

Sasha aims her blasts more carefully, taking double shot attacks on the stormtroopers rather than snapped ones to ensure their demise.

Attacks on Janthis, no snaps, Dodge if he turns on me.

(Well, shoot! The strategy had worked until now.)

Kyle, enraged at the injury of his friend, takes aim at Rylis and fires at her. Ignoring the troopers he advances on het, intent on finishing her.

(Double shot on Rylis, dodge her reply.)

Damn.

Eerin will retreat out of the warehouse, eastward, keeping low as the Osokans close in on Rylis to avoid being shot again.

Jaiden sticks with the concussion rifle; a 9 is not good enough as Scarlet didges clear.

Scarlet fires back and this time lands very solid BGB hits; Jaiden is taken out the fight.

Kyle blasts at Rylis; a 17 is the kind of shot he wanted and she is out the fight also.

The STs have now made enough of a breach on the west side to be able to take occasional pot shots at those in there. I also missed out a round of the troopers firing at the osokans as they entered the elevator; made the alteration.

-

At the wall, at this most critical of times Rhys stops killing troopers and turns his attention back to Janthis. He fires to no effect.

In what may be an equally critical tactic change, Janthis has directed some of his troopes to not engage Osokans and fire at Sasha.

Janthis himself wants a 'quick match' against an Osokan which shows a lack of familiarity of fighting them; it sure as heck is not dead yet after a turn of firing.

Sasha is no longer snapping at all and so gets a single kill; Ranad continues his anti-trooper fire.

Yes! Though the numbers are looking pretty daunting right now...

Scarlet blasts away at stormtroopers with snapped attacks, a different soldier for each gun, trying to gun them down quickly to aid her Osokan allies.

(Yee-Haw! That felt good. Now let's cap it off. Kyle will just (regular)snap at the troopers on the lower floor. I think me and 11 Osokans can take care of the lower floor, but the elevator looks bad. Hopefully what's left of my half can come help out there. Do the best to hold on.)

Kyle wants to make a smart comment as Rylis and Jaiden flee the area, but he know there's no time. Quickly changing gears, he turns his pistol on the stormtroopers once more.

(Ush, I just remembered something, about the 'outcome' issue. Didn't you say that for this battle that you were treating 'hits' as 'kills' when it's us vs. stormtroopers? That way you wouldn't have to keep track of injured troopers. Or did I misunderstand or misread something?)

I'm guessing the ones you haven't killed were completely misses.

Bottom floor is 11 Osokans and yourself against 20 stormtroopers; you can probably mop that up, assuming good rolls on our parts.

Elevator, however, is a bit overwhelmed...it's 9 Osokans and myself against 43 stormtroopers, with 11 in reserve.

(No, Ush said specifically that outcomes were to blame. But I might have misunderstood about whether they were 'in play' in the fight. Anyhow, yeah, like I said, the lower floor is probably ok, but I have a bad feeling about your position.)

I'm not bothering to track it, Jazz, no, but to simplify every two hits-but-not-kills becomes a kill.

Rhys shoots more stormies.

Here goes then!

Well, there is little to say. All Rebels are engaging stormtroopers whilst Janthis puts down an Osokan.

The results now are fairly much foregone conclusions, but as most of you are too knackered to fight again we probably won't have another tactical round for a while so we'll make the most of this one and play it out until conclusion.

(Well I think we put up a good fight in the whse. But the wall looks good so far, can someone chase off Janthis, just to make us in the whse feel better? lol)

Scarlet will lead the Osokans out onto the Lower floor, to regroup with Kyle and make their last attempt to hold the warehouse. She blasts at two with snapped attacks.
