USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Rebel Alliance Thread

It's clearly not an invasion or what-not, because the shuttles are landing with landing clearance (else the shield would get in the way).

I am afraid I am going to have to ask for a full starport gear shifting plan, based on the idea that there are too many Imperials around to simply just cart the stuff off unnoticed.

There is an ulterior motive for this request- the Imperial players opposing you in this endeavour have requested a delay based on their current real-life workload, so it won't be resolving for a little while. Hence, you may as well plan.

(I'll think about it at work and post a plan tonight. unless someone wants to beat me to it. *hint, hint*)

(Ok. What about copying the most common method of transporting goods locally. I mean do we see Osokans using a certain type of cart or sled, something like that? We could even get Osokan guards to transport it for us. I'm just thinking of some way to make trips in the most inconspicuous way possible. If we can't observe something, is there some kind of cultural roll someone can make to figure one out?
Otherwise I say we just run as much as we can before the Imperials fill the place. Any other opinions?)

(Cancel my last post, I want to take a less rapid approach to this...)

Galahad goes pale. "Lord Vader is here?"

"Fear is Vader's greatest weapon, Senator. Don't let it overcome you."

-

The Osokans use hover transports, and there could be enough grunts provided to drive them for you.

Galahad nods in response, and focuses himself.

"If I tell you what is going on, I must inform you that it is highly secret information. Those who know- including myself- are considered a danger to the Empire. Knowing this, do you still wish to hear?"

(Okay, that sounds good to me. I assume Kyle will have to have Galahad or Sasha set that up with Drakkon?)

Kyle looks around and spots several hover carts being driven by the locals, and gets an idea. "Galahad, this is Kyle. We need several hovercart and enough Osokan toughs to get this stuff moved." He looks at the others. "We'll have the Osokans move the stuff for us. We'll use the dummy carts like we talked about, and tell the Osokans that is what's really in there. Sound good? I figure that even if an Osokan tell an Imp he's carrying little dolls, they'll believe them."

Andran turns a hard stare at you for a few moments, Galahad.

"Whatever it is isn't worth sacrificing a people for," says Galahad. "I have business to attend to. You do what you must."

-

Ok, Osokans will provide 'stuff' for you. How much dummying and deception are you planning?

"I do not intend to sacrifice the Osokans. I am here to aid them. Nevertheless, I feel that the Emperor had intended to do this all along; the sooner he retrieves or destroys the object of this invasion, the sooner he can rest."

Eerin will serve as an escort to the Osokans if need be.

A nice moderate amount, not overboard though...
hmm...
ok I have 2 sides to this plan.
side A) All the smugglers have dummy carts, because they are more likly to be searched and all the weapon movement is done by osokans, because, ya know, they are osokans, and I for one don't wanna make him show me his loot.

Side B) The smugglers have some or most of the weapons because IF searched, they could talk themselves out of it, and fool the Imps better.

What do you think,
Right now I'm leaning towards A
And if you are asked what your doing, say something like
"Drakkon is not an easy one to gain the trust of. We are doing him services in order to gain an audience/trust/whatever you feel like saying/maybe trading rights?"
Yea...

Good call, I say.

(I vote A. B might be fun, but it's wide open for Evil-Ushness, if you know what I mean. Not that A is safe, just, well...you know.)

After a bit of thinking, I agree with Kyle.

I agree on plan A as well. B is just inviting Ush to be himself.

Ok, so only the Osokans are going to be carrying the weapons, yes? You guys are all dummying up?

-

Andran really is going, Galahad, so time for your next plan.

I feel that maybe I should inform Drakkon of Lord Vader's presence.

Yes that is the plan.

Hpw exactly does the Rebel plan start- literally, from the ships.

The massive freighters that arrived with Drakkon's order of weapons, or our own ships?

Eerin will join the dummying.

Also, a question: Is it possible to make myself HARDER to understand?
