USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Rebel Alliance Thread

Either/or.

And sure!

Hehehe...those Imps won't be able to understand ANYTHING if they stop me...we can assume I'm speaking a different minority dialect of Geonosian.

Here's how I see it: we cart our weapons and dummy crates over to the ships and give the weapon crates to the Osokans before we get going to the charnel, or the Osokans pass by our ships and pick up our crates while we keep the dummies and stick with them.

It might require a roll to stop observant people spotting you are being a deliberate pain, though.

What about the Hutt weapons?

I can risk it. Taking risks is what being a Rebel's about!

The Osokans can pick the Hutt weapons up directly from the ships that brought them, put them on their hoversleds or whatever they use, and I guess we can just meet them there with our stuff and give them the weapons.

Ok, well, I think the Imps will be ready soon. I'll play out events as they happen, so if there is anything wrong with yuor plan, it is up to them to spot and exploit it. It's not me you are playing against this time.

Well, since Vader is here, I would like to talk to Drakkon. I seem to recall reading that Vader used to lead the Osokans in their hunts for Jedi, so it might be a nice ice-breaker for bringing up the List...not yet, of course, but I suppose I could find out some history between Vader and Drakkon and the Osokans, if there is any to be found.

If anything, Drakkon might want to be alerted that one of the most fearsome warriors in the Galaxy of this time are present in his system.

Drakkon feels a bit bothered- you guys keep asking him to do things, and the flip-flops over the weapons have not endeared him to you.

Still, quite the talker, is Galahad, so he'll hear you out.

Though his basic reaction is "Bring him on."

I thought it might be.

"Drakkon, I was curious...why do you think Palpatine would send Vader to execute this?"

"To match his chosen warrior against me?"

Are we waiting for the Imperial spies or are we waiting on ourselves to actually be here? 😑

"Hmm...why do you think that?"

Would Galahad know how high Vader's lightsaber skills are, or how high Drakkon's neurowhip skills are?

I have asked the Imperials if they are ready to go, though the more Rebels want to post in prep, the better.

-

"Why wouldn't I think it? This man Vader prides himself on his victories over personal foes. He represents the lord and master of Galactic space. He is the Emperor's champion, the Emperor sends him forth to do battle. Well, I am my people's champion, and so the clash of warriors shall happen. But I have a surprise for Vader, should he come for me."

To the second, no.

To the first- high, but hampered by his low stats.

"Such as...? It would be rather hard to surprise a Sith Lord, I should think. Did he not lead your people in hunts during the Purge?"

"Don't you think it was hard to surprise a Jedi?"

Galahad purses his lips.

"Possibly." Galahad says no more on the matter of Jedi. "But how do you intend to surprise Vader? He is above the average Jedi, from what I've been told of his...dealing, with them."

"And I am more than the average Osokan. There is only so much that superior senses can help you. Come... let me show you what I have in store for him."

Galahad nods and follows.

(Wouldn't Vader have a high Strength stat, though? We see him deliver crushing blows with one hand and pick people up with no effort, after all...)

Yes, his Strength stat has, if anything, improved.

Drakkon is leading you deeper into the Guild Hall, Galahad. In a gloomy room lit by primitives torches, he utters a guttural snarl. Some more light gets shed upon a room, and there is the sound of a metal door opening.

Three Osokans step forwards.

"My loyal servants Utarg, Ferran and Zevran."

Galahad looks them over, and utters a word of greeting to Utarg, Ferran, and Zevran.

"I am supposing they are well-equiped for the task you have in mind for them...depending on what that is exactly..." Galahad says, grimly inspecting the three.
