USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Captain REX372 pages

No possibility of contacting Coruscant for something like that? The Emperor wants this done as quickly as possible, we might be granted such things.

Well, we have four days left. We'd have to get the Rebels exposed and declare war within the next two, if the bombarding plan goes ahead.

By the time it was organised and then got here, it would be too late.

It will take time to deploy your forces, time to destroy the generator and time to fight the battle.

The time to destroy and battle is indeterminate, but how long does deployment take?

So is that. It depends what tactics you decide to employ, and you still need to get a better look at the ground.

You'd consider that risky, Janthis. It is alright for Atar- he doesn't have to slog it through a bombarded landscape with an enormous forest fire around him. It's youy that would have to live with it.
"General Atar sir, I think that would be a very risky idea sir, our men would be cooked alive in the suits and we don't have time to wait for the fires to die down Sir."

Egad. you have got to get into the art of talking with a certain tact to Generals...

I said sir didn't I,. I'm sorry though I'll make it a point to be a little less brash with suggestions.

Brash is fine with Coll unless I feel like being a *****, but with Atar and Lomax, they're going to expect you to be like 'Any other suggestions, sir?' rather than 'I think that's a bad idea, sir.' They don't want to hear that you think they're wrong.

As for ground recon, how about probe droids? They could be deployed at certain parts of the jungle and do as much mapping as they can before the raptors eat them (if they eat them).

That's the idea. Make suggestions to Generals, but try not to make out that their ideas are crap.

It is the ground around the city that concerns you, Coll.

Got it.

Janthis speaks to Atar, "Sir would you like any other sugestions on the matter from me Sir?"

Because I haven't seen it?

Well, yes, but that goes for much of the planet- more specifically because that is where you would have to deploy!

"Do you think anything should be done before the advance, Commander?"

"Sir I think our men need to drilled on how to fight Osakans sir and given a general understanding of the battleground they will be in."

Could we send probe droids there, then?

You can easily check it out.

The ground at the base of the walls or if the probe droids are available? 😛

The ground! Heck, you can do that from the ships. It will be ready by morning.

Gaze of death burning into Lyle... time is going to be up on that situation soon!

Trebeis, the Commodore appears to be out of communication right now, so I think you will have to make a decision!

Bah Humbug. 😬

Staring at the unresponsive Communicator, The Captain Swore Viciously. But as time is of the essence, they must move ahead. And Quickly.

Moving towards the Lifts, Trebeis will call for one of the Imperial Interrogators, to accompany him to the Containment are where the Prisoner is being held. He will inquire as to the possibility of purely nonlethal Interrogation methods.

You did not know the importance of what you were following?

Gaze is now on Lyle

Why was this?

-

"A Star Destotyer perhaps, then," says Atar. "What about razing the jungle? It would slow the advance, as we burn our way through, but it would remove the problem."

"Mi'lord," Lyle says, "At the time the droid was called off none of us knew that we were following weapons. By the time I made the discovery it was impossible for me to locate the other members of my team. Nonetheless, the knowledge of what was inside the crates should not have affected my colleague's abilty to follow the convoy, which was clearly important."

"Nonsense!" Arvus states. "We were in comlink reach the entire time. And we did follow the convoy and located quite a few areas where the weapons were located."
