Note : We know the name of one of the Lodge Captains I think, one of them was quite agressive in the Guild Hall, and Duchess calmed him down. She mentioned his name, Vasilisk. He seemed like the type to be easily provoked.
Ush, I remember that I had troubles even finding the Lodges, weird that my guide didn`t know such basic information. But didn`t Arvus steal the map of the city at the end of the day 2? So I know where the Lodges are, right Ush? How many of them in the city? How much time would it take to make a trip around the city and check if any of the Captains lets me in? I assume I can take a speeder. Some of them may be participating in the negotiations, but those are most likely those that support Drakkon...
Ush, concerning Matadan`s fate, what little I had indicates that he was likely killed without any "legal" basis by Drakkon. Would this information be enough to gain Senate Symphathy? How much of evidence should we posess? If there is nothing in the Records, I would need some witnesses, right?
Do those Osokans have any kind of official justice system? They seem like ones who would enjoy public and violent executions. Perhaps Rylis could ask someone about it?
And why should such important locations not be shown on the map that was not even public? I am a bit confused, Lanzar certainly doesn`t seem like an Orvellian state.
( I am certainly posting much right now, but I feel I neglected my duties, as Commisar is the most crucial character on Imperial side. I want to set the matters on the right course again for the Imperials.)
"Very well, Commissar," says Nidar. "So it shall be. Thank you."
As for Matadan, sorry- dead? But yes, you assume there is some form of justice system.
Lana- no, it didn't. though you did use it to find one. Nor was the Guild Hall marked, in fact, though at least that has a central location.
Does seem odd, Melkor. And now you think about it, Rylis, this map is dated longer ago than Drakkon's reign. It's not a brand new map.
Coll and co stoodge around in the shuttlke, distracting the creature somewhat, though not vwey well.
The carnage does indeed end when the AT-ATs get going. The AT-STs fare less well, being knocked down or even smashed flat.
The Sauropod (for 'tis what it is) makes a good go at an AT-AT, surviving a shot from its main guns and charging it head on. But a second such volley finally drops it.
Hmm, we had 30 000 troops, 15 AT-AT and I don`t remember how many AT-ST. How severe are the losses? Melkor will contact Coll later about it when he takes control on the situation and is able to make a report.
Does it seem like Nidar answered sincerely? He should be smart enough to understand that scheming Commisar me is not a wise move as there are easier targets.
Concerning Matadan, I would be surprised if he is still alive. Well, I think at least Senator Sartorus would tell me.
Damm, I have so much stuff to do, and not much time left... I want to make this announcement legalizing the blockade as soon as possible, Ush. I posted the speech already.
So we have a location of at least one Lodge. And couldn`t my guide obtain accurate map of the city? He shouldn`t expect to be paid for nothing.
Rylis, could you check about the Lodge that you found before? Actually, I would expect the Lodges to be major points of city resistance besides Guild Hall, so this knowledge could be valuable from the military angle.
And please borrow my guide and find out Matadan`s fate if possible.
Ush, can I send my Aide to monitor the situation in Guild Hall when i have to stay at Victorious? I need to meet Senator Sartorus and Drakkon later at the day. And perhaps she could check some information about Lanzar Justice System( this topic seems relatively innocent compared to openly asking question about Matadan`s fate, but it could lead me to it).
(By the way, she is pretty hot- looking, resembling Tricia Helfer, actress that portayed Cylon number Six in Battlestar Galactica. Rumors that she got her job by sleeping with Commisar are of course baseless accusations.)
Lomax was in a pre-fabricated command building, if you remember, Coll. It's been UNfabricated by dinosaur foot, though.
Luckily, Lomax made a brave escape. Many troopers died covering his exit. Most glorious.
"Ah, General" he says. He's at the far side of the camp from the attack, where things are relatively normal. "Not quite like the Core Worlds, what?"
A damaged power relay explodes in the background, just to punctuate the occasion.
She'd love to go, Melkor, but all senior staff and their aides are on lockdown.
You have received word that Vader is coming.
You may be surprised if Matadan is still alive- as would many- but the point is that you don't even actually know if he is dead or not, so you can't even begin to impress the Senate- and think of what would happen if you made a fuss and then Andran produced him. Easy victory for him.
Nidar seemed sincere, but fact is he's rather distracted right now.
Any map the guide gives will be no nore accurate than the one you have. No-one knows where the Lodges are. They don't do business directly.
Losses are being evaluated.
Coll, I will cover you if you decide to kill Lomax....
Frankly, Ush, I don` t think this man has the right to have the high position in New Order. Those in charge should be ruthless and cunning, not bumbling fools. My character believes in the "survival of the fittest" in this matter, though not to the extent that Sith do, of course. Can I remove him from his position? But it isn`t a priority right now....
Actually, from Esgabath`s point of view, Drakkon isn`t actually a bad leader, a capable tyrant is everything those Osokans need. If Emperor didn`t decide that Lanzar has to be made an example of, I could let him stay in power, especially if he gave me the rebels. But there are still bunch of savages, and if their civilization has been deemed an obstacle to New Order, so shall it be.
Lomax's family is politically connected. Fact is, a lot of the officer Corps are drawn up along those lines. These task forces are meant to be a little different in quality of staff, but some things are inevitable.
From a player point of view, though, Lomax is utterly loyal. You don't have any political worries with him.
Okay, ATTENTION, Imperial Special Team of Doom. I need things done while senior staff is occupied on Victiorious. This day is the last to achieve political goals, as army will be marching as soon as possible.
Lyle, you know your current goal- It is very important to take Drakkon alive. You will have commando team availible at due time. Good that you have already started.
Rylis, Arvus- 1.- There is damm time we know exactly what happened to Matadan, at this is something you should be able to learn on the streets. Start conversation about their justice system, if my assumption are correct they enjoy violent and spectacular executions and are quite proud of it. Please use the quide I recruited.
-2. It is always good idea to keep eyes on rebels. Droid that Arvus is using could keep track on their location.
Ush, to make things easier for Lyle, what we know about Guild Hall defences so far? General Coll visited visited it two times, second time with Commander Janthis who was paying close attention I think. Atar`s staff should be analyzing this information.
And what about Stormtroopers that were left to perform "maneuvres" in the city? Did they spot some miltary locations other than Guild Hall?
