"I didn't have any reason to think... I... I..." Lomax's words descend into a choking grunt, and then a gurgle, and then an audible snap, before he slumps forwards.

You will assume control of the ground forces, Marshall Atar. The army will advance as soon as it is able

And with that, Vader spins and leaves.

General Coll remains silent. As soon as Vader leaves, he emits an audible sigh.

Despite escaping with his life, Coll is disappointed at having lost the responsibility for the ground forces.

(Jamie, Coll loves you.)

I do my best 😎

Janthis looks at the body hitting the floor. Janthis didn't even flinch. He had seen all this from Vader before. It goes without saying either you win or you loose in this army.

Janthis looked over at Marshall Atar wondering when we would move Janthis planned on being at the front of the army he wondered how much that would change now.

Jac, you know not to post in here...

Coll shoots a glance at Commander Janthis, one that conveys total and complete relief. "I cannot thank you enough, Commander."

Janthis looks back to General Coll
"Sir It was my duty to see that the blame be properly placed and I would prefer to follow you into battle then Lomax anyday sir"

"Your loyalty will not be forgotten, Commander."

"Sir thank you Sir"

Janthis stands around waiting for further orders

That hurts Rex, What if I wanted to try to join? 😎

Walking over to the Deceased General, Trebeis taps the man's leg with his Boot-tip.

Looking up, with a strange smile he says
"I always rather strongly disliked the man. Good job, Coll."

Coll says nothing on the matter.

"Just get him out of here..."

What's the Imperial procedure for dealing with dead officers that Vader has murdered, anyways?

Airlock.

(Btw, I love trying to make my character nearly as evil and maniacal as possible.)

...yeah, Airlock.

That'll do it!

Time to pick up and move on from this mess. Another two Trooper units, one unit of speeders and one of STs were lost in the attack. It also delays departure, as comms are re-assembled, by six hours.

Ulrand takes a look at the dead General Lomax, whom he had never really gotten to know, slightly shrugged his shoulders, and left the room.

Commisar sends Vader a hateful look as the Dark lord leaves, and strides soon after him to finally broadcast the blockade announcement.

"I would like to speak with you a bit later, General and Marshall." -He says as he leaves.

Ush, perhaps now Coll could supervise the operation of seizing Drakkon I have planned? Atar should be pretty busy.

Vader's not actually removed Coll from performing the invasion; Atar has merely assumed Lomax's old responsibilities.

After the blockade matter is finished I intent to again visit Lanzar. Commisar will also consult with his Aide:

"It isn`t good Sareitha, I still need to spend time in the city. And I have to worry about Vader as well. Frankly, I think I will take you with me next time, at least you could keep this meddling fool Galahad occupied. I am confident that Commision and Drakkon will have to react to blockade being legalized, it should give me the opening I need. I really have to get some valuable information from Sartorus, and I want to weaken Andran`s influence on Drakkon.... he likely is angry with his inability to stop us using legal means. And he seems to be much wiser than other Osokans, I am sure I could provoke others more easily into doing something foolish, we need to overcome those barriers Andran and Drakkon so carefully crafted. Also I still wonder about Vader`s plans... perhaps his force insight could help, but I have to wait until his anger lessens.

I would like to hear your opinion on your situation as well, darling. I know you are as tired as I am, but we cannot lower our guard and focus. Two more days, and we should sleep together in Lanzar City.... if it is anything still left of it, of course." -He finishes with dark grin.

"I agree that Andran won't overstep the mark. He'll accept defeat before he does anything that compromises him, which is all the worse for us."

She paces softly around the room. "And Vader just wants blood. He's the hound of his master and he's not happy unless his jaws are into something."

"Well, I mostly worked with Tarkin before, and he was much a more reasonable man. I thought Sith Lords were supposed to be cunning beings, yet killing senior officers is foolish when we have time against us- it creates further delay and chaos.

By the way, could you check if there is anything in Imperial databases concerning Lanzar Justice System, while I announce the blockade decree?"
