And so we go on.
Eerin goes back to wading in crazily against the stormtroopers. He cannot distinguish whose are whose, though.
Kyle and Jaiden trade fire again. Kyle lands just the one glanncing blow this time... but has to throw himself out of the way of a blast from Jaiden that nearly flattens him!
Giving two rounds of combat from the troopers here.
-
At the street fight, this time Sasha misses entirely.
Arvus plans to fire another dart at Ranad. This doesn't happen because Ranad directs the fire from the catapults into Arvus' building this time, promptly taking out what Arvus is standing on. Arvus lands ok but he loses his frames and his good position.
(forgot to remove unseated catapults earlier- have put that in now)
-
Well, Janthis has reached the walls, with all the trouble that entails...

AT-STs (two turns from walls) x5: 0
Dang it I missed a turn I wanted to stop one turn away and shoot down the rest of the Osokans.
Janthis will shoot at one of the Osokans while ordering his men to form up on him and open fire.
I want the AT-STs to keep moving and fire at any Osokans they can while not shooting us.
I will now order my men to began moving forward with the AT-STs and to concentrate their fire on the Osokans near the walls.
Support Troopers are still firing up on the top wall.
No cover except for the melee, Jaiden.
Kyle gets another hit in, but it is he who is forced to retreat under Jaiden's heavy weapons fire.
-
In the city, Sasha uses Fortune agauinst Arvus, though that only works on one of the two rolls she makes, and that roll is a hit.
Arvus is trying to blow out the catapults via his heavy weapons, but he cannot see them; the catapults are not in direct line of site from the street. He can only blast at the building like the STs are.
The stormtrooper melee has cleared enough now for catapult fire to elp there also, and the STs strike out this round, not firing well.
-
The North wall is turning into a disaster; with Janthis' troops in melee the STs cannot readily help them. Janthis blasts pretty hard into an Osokan but the atttrition rate is high.

Janthis will have his snipers from the back fire on the remaining Osokans near the walls. The rocket guys will still fire on the top walls and I'll have the AT-STs fire up at the walls while moving forward. He will order the rest of his men to move forward as well.
Janthis will open fire at one Osokan while trying to keep his men in a tight formation to keep his men from getting spread out.
Coll frowns at the holographic displays for the battle at Center and North.
"Damn them!" Coll snarls.
click!
To the AT-STs at the North-
"Stop your advance! Your firepower is more accurate when not on the move. I am canceling Commander Janthis's orders. Blow away the pigs atop the wall."
click!
To the AT-STs at Center-
"Advance! Get inside the catapults' firing arc, so that they will fire over you."
Woohooo, Kyle is out! Now it's time for the bug.
Jaiden laughs as Kyle retreats. "Stomrtroopers! Look at the rebel heroes! Watch them retreat! They will never die in honor for the sake of their faction! Let this give you a lesson in how strong the Empire is in will and power!" shouts over Jaiden throughout the troops.
If I can, I'll make a leadership roll for the stormtroopers to all notice Kyle's retreat, and if it could raise their morale that would be create. If I could also generally intimidate enemy Osokans with something of the sort that would be great.
I'm going to take a shot at Eerin from my concussion rifle.
Edit: It would also be really great if I could move back from Eerin while shooting or strafing to the left or right, whichever means increasing the distance from him. If I can keep up this way each turn without getting hit by Eerin's melee, I will do this.
Will moving sacrifice my accuracy?
Ok, time to call the results.
At the South Wall, the flood of Imperial troops up the wall will overwhelm the defenders, and Eerin is too pressed now to change that. The Imperials will take the walls!
Tactical Result: Imperial Victory. Battle odds shift to 2:1 to Imperials.
Inside the city, as Arvus runs for cover, the STs don't have much chance now (Coll's not unreasonable new orders for them have arrived late in the day). The Rebel ambust forces the Imperial force from these streets.
Tactical Result: Rebel Victory. Battle odds shift to 1: 2 to Rebels.
At the North wall, Janthis' troops are forced to withdraw under heavy fire. The walls are not bombed, though as there are no Rebel players present this simply concludes with no difference made.
