USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Trickster372 pages

Lyle shoots at Eerin this time. (And last turn, too).

How on earth am I the only one consistently short on frames when I know I'm not the only one being shot at and dodging?

Shoot Eerin, dodge Kyle's inevitable shot at me (or if, shock, he doesn't shoot me, just dodge 1 attack).

Because you were already pretty far behind, Rylis. Count how many dodges you have made compared to how many frames have past- some 1/3rd of your time has been sucked into dodging.

Hmmm. Too bad there's so many Osokans on the top right now...

Janthis tells his men to continue to hold and fire a the center mass of the Osokans.

All guys with rockets are told to hold fire and blow up any of those stupid logs coming down. Snipers concentrating on the back of the Osokans again.

Arvus decides to send Kyle a message in the form of a rail charge...

Coll continues to organize his men, knowing full well the importance of their organization and movement up the structure. When the rocket bursts near him, he sullies his uniform in Lanzar's thick mud.

He climbs to his feet.

"Snipers! That rocketeering insect must be brought down!" he orders to the stormtroopers. "Kill him!"

Am I still able to take shots through my Rocket Launcher? If so I'll take a shot at Drakkon.

Does hitting Drakkon or Coll with a heavy weapon interrupt their ability to organize their forces?

Not if you don't dodge. You just take a ton of damage.

Troopers aren't going to have much luck hitting Eerin; not with the osokans to worry about.

Jaiden- well, right now yes, but there's going to be trouble if you leave that.

Well, I'll try to take it out? Or maybe someone around with medical skill can take it out?

With the importance of getting our soldiers up onto the pyramid, Coll will remain steadfast.

You know, I'd rather have a capable Commander than a useless poisoned corpse helping with the battle around me. Arvus will help Jaiden with his poisoned knife wound, making a Medicine roll to administer the proper treatment as quick as he can.

If he has to move to get to Jaiden, he will move and fire his rail shot at Drakkon instead of Kyle, to keep the Guildmaster from organizing his own troops.

Arvus goes to help Jaiden with his wound. Arvus has the Medicine skill to do this, but lacking immediately useful anti-toxin supplies (that, say, a Utility Belt would provide) it burns up six frames from them both.

General Coll is displaying the very finest of Imperial virtues, refusing to move his ground under heavy weapon fire. These virtues are determination, steadfastness, lack of fear and, possibly, extreme silliness as Eerin lands a 20 damage shot on Coll, taking out five troopers to boot. Coll won't last long under that kind of fire.

Drakkon unleashes another log, to great effect.

Meanwhile the Rylis-hate continues as Cass, Rhys and Kyle all fire at her again.

This leaves Rylis and Lyle shooting at Eerin. One hit landed, and Eerin has dodged himself out of acting for a bit.

Janthis- you are holding the lines bettter than they were, and Coll's reinforcements are helping but the attack is just a bit too blunted right now. it has lost its initial force and if that third group of Osokans can get into position to charge in it won;t look good.

Ok then Janthis tries something extremely risky. Realizing how well those logs are doing against him and how much they are trying to drive the Imperials from the Pyramid Janthis orders his own charge into the center of the Osokans line hopefully driving it back.

"CHARGE!" Janthis bellows at the top of his lungs seeing his men surge forward Janthis follows them shooting at any Osokans coming at them.

Well **** me...

After the second rocket fully takes Coll off his feet and tumbles him about, he gets to his feet and decides that that was probably the stupidest thing he had ever done in the name of the Empire.

He raises his pistol and fires a double shot at Eerin. Put a fortune point into the first shot. Dodge incoming rockets...

Arvus finishes patching up Jaiden.

"Nasty wound, that..." Arvus comments. "One of those damn pigs threw it, I'm sure..."

(don`t forget to post your next action, Zink!)

Arvus is framed out, no worries.

Nothing to do in the starport besides waiting for Galahad...I wonder what he is up to.
