X-Men Roleplay

"A light, no...but I can tell you how the opposition is doing. I've learned a few tricks under Lord Magneto's tutelage and now I can use my powers on a whole new creative level now."

Nakoma takes a deep breath and concentrates on the air and then goes deeper and focuses on the oxygen itself. He then pays attention to the oxygen in the lungs of the men ahead and reads their breathing.

"Well their breathing has been slowed down and the only other breathing I sense is from a small animal, possibly a rat. We could keep going and I'll let you know if I pick up anything else. Lets just hurry and get to wherever we are going."

=Logan turned to Spiderman and growled at him holding up one hand with claws.=

You want some of this too bub? These guys are probly the ones who... what the?

=Logan turned to look at the four who spoke in unison.=

Oh so you know me? Well I tou...

=They began to fire upon him and he jumped forward into a roll to stop between two of them in the middle. He jabbed his claws into the small of their backs and pulled up and back to throw them against the wall.=

BRING IT!

=Logan roared out and turned his attention to the other two.=

[COLOR=blue]=A few bullets ripped through his ice form leaving holes in his body. He staggered to one knee then pushed himself up. The holes reformed slowly, pushing any bullets still in him out.=

Geeze! that hurt! What the heck kind of ammo are these guys using?

=He looked up at Emma as she spoke of some light and shook his head. He knew where they were.=

You guys do understand I can see their Thermal energies right?

The man turned around and pressed a few buttons on the control panel, once he did part of the sea seemed to move apart as a metal tube seemed to rise.

"You Miss Buroughs are one of our projects and we intend to get you back, now folow me or my friend here will take you"

Spiderman gasped and quickly shot out a web onto logan's arms and pulled him out of the sentinal.

"What's wrong with you, we cant just go killing everyone. These appear to be humans and if so we have to see if we can get info from them"

Scott and the others continued walking down the stairway when some runnig footsteps were head coming from the floor below them. The lights cut out and it went completly black, Scott stopped and ducked down as the stairwell began to get fired apon rapidly by adamantium bullets.

"Well there go the hostiles"

Shatter shook her head.

"I am not going anywhere without the answers I came looking for."

She tried to stay calm, but it was no use. Her breathing was quickening and with every moment, the adrenaline that ran through her system allowed her body to grow in size, so she closed the door of her car, turning on the alarm and stepping away from it. If they wanted her, they'd have to take her by force.

~Kelly had got into cover when the shooting had started and covered her ears like Emma had requested. When the coast was clear she stood up and looked around in the darkness~ Now what?

~Mystique brushed herself off and shrugged.~ We go on. Just because we had a tiny encounter doesnt mean we should turn back. You Child. ~She said pointing to Iceman.~ Seeing as how you claim to be able to see their heat signatures you can go first.

The man shook his head slowly as he began to walk down the tunnel
"It's a real shame. G-2k go help your sibling into the tunnel" The guard nodded and began to stretch, it then wiped some dust off of visor of the helmet so that he could see clearly. He then walked over to the gate and ripped one of the hals off from the wall, he then swung it full force at her head.

Scott smiled as he stared in the direction of iceman's voice.
"well that's good and all, but the rest of us would like to see. But you can certianly move ahead"

Spiderman's eyes widened as he watched wolverine attack one.
"umm, hole on logan I'll help" He then thrust his arms forward and webs shot out onto the sentinals feet, he pulled back and they fell onto the ground, leaving them open for wolverins attacks

=Bobby nodded and made his way forward gently placing a hand on those he passed to let them know he was there.=

Ill got see about turning the lights back on. the breaker should be i nthe basement rig.... crap

=The basement was where they were going. all the way at the bottom. He wasnt going to go alone.=

Anyone have an idea as to how to get the lights back on?

=Logan looked to the one spiderman tripped and he jumped onto the Prime and stabbed his claws over and over into is chest. He got up and chargd another but took a few shots into his arm and left side of his torso. He staggered back as the bullets went through the meaty parts and as Adamantium hit Adamantium. He shook his head and roared, jumping on the Prime that shot him and tearing into him with his claws.=

~Kelly tilted her head a little.~ I think I may have a safe way. It ill take some time however. I can summon up some minerals and mold them into a stick like instrument to trip the Breaker i nthe basment safely then we can see. But theres a catch. If I am disturbed in any way I will lose connection of the stone and will have to start over. After all im concentrating more in order to see with the rock..... Its a shot but it will take some time. ~she scratched her head.~ wait... Crap. I wont be able to see through the rock cause its dark.... ~She felt a little embarased saying she could do al lthis stuff and in the end find out herself it wouldnt work.~ ..... never mind.

The sentinel was severely damaged and he couldn't heal quick enough to counter Wolverine's attack. The other three rushed in to it's aid. Two of them began shooting lasers and bullets at Spider-Man.

"Our scanners do not identify you as a mutant. Why do you foolishly help such worthless scum?"

The other sentinel blasts Wolverine off of his brother as the wounded one activates its cloaking device and hides from the battle.

Meanwhile, Nakoma could see that Kelly didn't have much confidence in herself and her powers. It figures though seeing as she is still following Xavier. He believes that she would be just as great as him if only she believed in Magneto.

"Wait, I'm sure there is a way for you to help. You shouldn't count yourself out so fast, or is that what you've been taught by Mr. Xavier? Can't you use your little rock guy to go scout ahead? Whatever it is, I'm sure anything you come up with would be better than any idea some of us may have."

That last part was a small reference to Iceman and how useless he seems to Nakoma.

~Kelly scratched her cheek a bit~ No. Magnum attacks to my will. If I send him in there without knowing who is there he might attack innocents....

"Ah I see, it would be unfortunate for us to actually hurt those that we are here to save. Still the best idea I've heard since we got here. Keep it up Miss Kelly, you're more valuable to the mutant cause than you think."

=Bobby shook his head=

We have to keep moving. Ill scout ahead and if the area is clear ill tell Emma.

=Before he got the okay Bobby made his way through the building and to the stairs, going down a floor. He found a few thermal readings.=

-Emma. go down the first set of stairs. Its clear until then. I found a few guys down here. They are all standing but dont seem to be moving at the moment.-

Spiderman sighed and quickly began to duck, slide, flip over the lazers and bullets.
"I help him because most mutants arnt bad. He may be hotheaded but hes good" He kicked off of the wall and leaped over at the two sentials. he grapsed their heads and hurled them over at Wolverine
"Here you go"

=Logan turned as spiderman said 'here you go'. He stabbed out, one set of claws for each of the two and stuck them both into the back. He twisted his hands and flung down taking large chunks out of both of them.=

Two of the unharmed sentinels helps the other two up as they begin healing. They look back at their prime targets and then back at Spider-Man and Wolverine.

"Further combat is useless. Initiate retreat.

One sentinel let out a fog of smoke to cover their retreat as they all began to fly out of there. At the same time the father and son were too scared to move. They only looked on to their saviours.
