X-Men Roleplay

"Mighty Thanos, you are not by any chance a Shi'Ar, female or named Lilandra" Emma said and looked over at Jean. She turned into Diamond and prepared herself for the living dead that came marching at them "I would appreciate it if we trust my telepathy over that of our second rate Jean here" Feeling no emotions, Emma just did not care enough to sugarcoat her words. Jean was inferior Emma at telepathy, regardless of the creature that dwell inside her. Now they stood before Thanos, one of the scourges of the universe, all this despite Emma stating how she did not sense Lilandra the moment they laid foot here.

"Walkin' dead?! This just is n' proper" Rahne said with a concerned voice. It was wrong in so many ways. The dead should always rest in peace, so they could be well embraced in the afterlife. Rahne closed her eyes tight and transformed into her absolute form, standing twelve feet tall at a weight of a thousand pound. The others seemed to stand by and wait for the beasts to reach them, but Rahne had other plans. With a ferocious yowl did Wolfbane leap from her position at the center of the group to the largest pile of hostile beasts and began slashing them to shreds as she violently made her way through the masses, heading straight for Thanos "Just n' PROPER!" She roared angry as she severed a head from a body with her claws.
She knew they had a mission at hand, but it was not like this Thanos figure was going to let them leave just like that anyway. She could just as well teach him some respect, hope that he would treat the fallen with a little more dignity.

Santo looked around after he found he had got the wrong one, and moved ahead over by the real Sophie and put his massive arm around her. He looked out at all of them as they stared at him, and he rubbed his chin as he thought of a plan. He didn't have anything against the Cuckoos he just found them a fun group to mess with. And now that Jullian and Mercury were hardly around anymore he needed a new crew to kick it with. "I got it, I can be a cuckoo it will be awesome. You guys will be getting into fights with other telepathic chicks and then, BAM! Rockslide Cuckoo comes in and punches them in the face. Plus Dr. Mcoy says I'm a psychic also so I'd fit right in outside of being a guy,. Yea shall be awesome, plus I'd get to beat you all in video games and see you change clothes. O this is a great idea, you'd get some extra muscle and I'd get everything else. Together we can rule the school" He removed his arm from around Sophie and placed his hands on his hips while opening up his chest. He looked up and trying to strike a stereotypical superhero pose. "No one would dare oppose us, especially not Jubi-useless and her friends"

Logan made a growling noise and popped his claws, he began running through the undead slicing them to pieces with his claws. Although it looked like he was just randomly swinging his arms he was actually making sure each slash took off a body part that was essential and each one dropped a zombie. He didn't need to sniff out Thanos to know this was strange, this just wasn't his scene or style so he suspected either a robot or Thanosi, most likely the latter. He charged forward following Rahne, he was keeping an eye on her to make sure nothing happened to her. Although she was no longer his student he still felt he had to look out for her when things happened. She was still young and he wasnted to make sure she lived a good long life.

Rahne had the right idea, slashing and killing threw as many them as we can. Forget waiting for these beasts to come close, it is time for action. Rei put the blades handle in her mouth and bite down hard, he got on all four and formed in to a cheetah. The strong maw and teeth started holding down roughly to the sword having a nice tight grip to the handle of the sword. Rei has of coarse practiced as the fastest animal on earth, so she was ready to run at her fastest speed as one.
He ignored Scotts advice, what weakness does she need to know, kill all of them to bits and we are done. As a cheetah, Rei did a long loud growl before she runs off and starts cutting threw a bunch of zombies easily going threw them and heading straight for Thanos making sure to help Rahne along the way. Guess having this sword was a good idea, he would have to thank Claws later.

"Wolfsbane! STAY IN LINE!" Emma shouted as she watched the lupine transformed creature jump into the enemies and slashed her way through them like paper, heading for Thanos. This was bad, if Rahne decided to anger this nomad God. Of course, Rahne had always been a little on her own mission. Her being highly religious and rejected at an early age had according to Emma always made that girl somewhat unpredictable.

Emma of course could not just stand there as Rahne charged Thanos, so she lined up with Logan and at his side punched her way through the zombies to try keep up with Rahne, but she was so fast. She was twice the size of most here at this point and she sliced these enemies up as if they were nothing. Of course, so did Wolverine and Emma herself did not really have any problems either.

"Eeeeewwwww!" They uttered in a loud unison and Esme transformed into Diamond form, took a hold of him by the waist, spun around and sent him flying down the hallway towards where they had previously met Jubilee "Pervert!" She howled and Celeste sticked her tongue out at him as he was traveling down the hall. Sophie looked over at Esme "ESME! We are indoors! We do not want to break anything, or anyone" Sophie said with slight frustration and rubbed her temple as Rockslide was still heading down the hall. Phoebe grinned and placed her arm around Esme who transformed back to normal form again "Such a creep"

Rahne roared as she smashed two undead against eachother violently, taking them both out and dropping them to the ground. She jumped through the masses once she noticed Wolverine and Emma behind her, knowing her back was secured. She landed with a mighty thud in front of Thanos, standing six feet taller than him and as she landed he had her hand ready and once she touched ground, she swiped with her hand at him in ferocity, roaring in savagery as she did so.

Santo flew down the hall feeling like a member of team rocket from Pokemon. He finally hit the ground and skid for a few more feet, scratching up the floor with his rocky hide. He shook his head and sat up looking down at the floor then back towards where the girls were. He wasn't hurt or anything but was slightly embarrassed that he just got owned by a bunch of girls. He started walked back towards them while talking to himself. "Damn, i can't just let them kick my ass like that. I know Hulk or Juggernaut wouldn't, i'm supposed to be the strong guy of whatever team I'm on." He neared them and placed his fist in his hand as he looked at them. "Ok girls it's go time. It's time to fight right here right now, if I win you all have to go out with Toad for a month. If you when I do your laundry and clean your room for a month. Alright now it's time for you to smell what the Rockslide's cooking" He placed his hands up in a standard boxing stance and waited to be sure that they were gonna fight back, he didn't want to just beat up on them since they are really close to the teachers and all that.

Esme stepped forward "Gladly!" She said with a grin and stared at him, but turned her head as Mindeed placed her hand on her shoulder "We'll get in trouble" She said and shook her head "It would be worth it" Phoebe said and positioned herself next to Esme with her fists clenched. Sophie walked past the two and positioned herself between her sisters and Santo "We will not fight you, Santo. Just walk away. You have done enough for one day" She said and sighed. Celeste observed how her sisters disagreed on what to do next and sighed she as well "Walk away, Santo. Any one of us can mop the floor with you" She said, peaking out from behind her sisters and looked at the large stone man "Keep it down, Celeste. He might chicken out" Esme said and smirked "No fighting, Esme!" Sophie said firmly "Lets just leave. There is no need to fight"

Santo could see that one of them wanted to fight while the others were against it for various reasons. He was not about to give up just yet though he was going to fight them or get something out of them. "Come on, Esmee don't listen to them. You think you can take me well come on and try. Unless you girls have that much of a problem with fighting me, then I say I will go back to my room and leave you alone on one condition" he smirked showing his large white teeth, him having teeth and a tongue was something that Dr. Mcoy couldn't effectively explain beyond his subconscious trying to appear more human. He wasn't sure if that was true or not and didn't really care, he didn't need some in depth explanation of what he was. He just waited eagerly for either the fight or them wanting to know his great terms.

Seanna had been enjoying the show, but now the boy wanted to fight them. She sighed and stepped up behind Santo. "How about you just take no as an answer, and walk away." She smiled sweetly.

"They are right. You aren't worth wasting time on" Esme said and smiled as Celeste patted her on the shoulder. Phoebe sighed and looked at Esme "I suppose. You are just some troublemaker, Rockslide" She said, although a little disappointed. She would have loved to see him fly out a winow, the big thug. Sadly a window they would end up paying for, for sure "See, Rockslide. We will not fight you-" Sophie started only to have Mindee finish "-And we have the power to keep you from fighting us" She said proudly and smirked at Rockslide "Although you deserve a beating" Phoebe added as the five started walking towards their room "Not that you will have the satisfaction of getting one. Not from us" Celeste said as a finish and sticked her tongue out at him. She then waved happily at Seanna as they passed her.

Nate heard all of the commotion going on in the mansion due to the children of the X-Men. He could hear all of them, and those girls wouldn't stop talking. He didn't quite understand them fully and figured this to be a good time to question them. He closed his eyes and formed an astral projection of himself before them hovering in the air while sitting what some would call Indian style. "First of all, I'm talking you all are listening and you will designate one of you to answer me. I don't need five people telling me the same thing nor do I need you all finishing each other's sentences. Now what is with all of that noise and commotion I heard between you and Thing-lite?"

Cyclops began shooting down the zombies in a straight line, they all fell, he was shocked to see what Rei was doing and even more shocked at the poor decision making from Wolverine. He'll make note to fix that mistake later, but for now they had a fight on their hands. The Thanos laughed at the three who decided to blindly charge him and blasted them all back. He was not going to let some mutant draw blood from his body.

The cheetah growled in pain once it was blasted back, it landed on all four sliding across the ground a little as it morphed in to Rei's usual form. He took the sword out of her mouth and held in his hand while staring at Thanos. She stood on guard while slowly walking around Thanos, observing him and looking for a time to strike. Heh, this big guy is nothing

"Enough of this!" Emma yelled and after having shifted back to normal form spoke with a frown "If you can not treat that weapon with the respect and caution it require, it is not yours to wield" Emma snapped and placed her index and middle finger on her temple and dug into Rei's mind, taking control of the child long enough to have it let go of the sword. Emma herself not being overly far away kept Rei pinned with her mind as she herself bent down and picked up the sword, running it blade down into the ground "I need not remind you, Wolverine, just how dangerous that sword is in the wrong hands" Emma spoke as the group recovered from Thanos blast. Had Rei dropped the sword during the blast and something as little as had it hit one of the X-Men, it could have had lethal consequences. She was not going to let someone come to harm, simply because these X-Men sympathized with the inexperienced child that was not even supposed to be here.

"Let this battle end here!" She then called as she clenched her fists, stared at Thanos and focused. A moment later, a red ray of what seemed to be lightning shot from just in front of Emma's head and went in a straight line across the battlefield, impacting heavily on Thanos. She only hoped it would be enough. They did not have time for this, not with Vulcan and the others intent to bring the X-Men down. They needed to be ready. SHE needed to be ready.

"Hi, Cable-" Sophie started and smirked innocently as she stopped dead in her tracks at his projection. Mindee then took a hold of Phoebe as Celeste spoke up next "-Phoebe can explain-" She said and smiled as Mindee pushed Phoebe forward, in front of the avatar of Cable "Me?" She asked, immediately responded by Esme "-since she just recently told us-" She uttered and then backed away herself. Celeste nodded "-just how boring things were. Have fun" She voiced and along with her three sisters dashed back towards their room "Don't worry. I take care of your work, Phoebe" Sophie said with a smile, waved and followed the sisters back down the hall towards the room.

Phoebe turned and watched them distance themselves "HEY!" She cried and then turned to face Cable again, smiling innocently "He started it" She then said, pointing at Rockslide.

What in the hell just happened, Nate pondered. He asked for one to speak and the best they could give him was one person speaking at a time which was a lot better then having them speak all at once. So much power radiated from them when they were together but alone they were weaker, just how weaker they would be was still a mystery to Nate. If they were going to be a part of this team then they would have to learn to rely on themselves seeing as fate would not always allow them to be at each other's side. Still he didn't really get an answer to his question, just another student to question. He looked at Rockslide and shook his head. "Just what did you do to them?"

This wasn't the real Thanos, an attack by Emma wouldn't have even fazed him. By then anyone who knew of Thanos would know that this was just a low grade Thanosi. He fell to his knees from her bolt and wondered how was it possible for her to hurt him. He believed he was the real Thanos and like the real one he should be telepathically immune. As he fell so did the rest of the zombies. "No...I am Thanos...I am the Mad Titan! I will not fall to some mutant. How did you hit me? I'm practically immune to telepathy..." He began to rise again although still weakened from Emma's bolt of mental energy. Scott was ready to put him back down if he tried to attack again, he was pleased to see that Emma was thinking one step ahead of him by securing the Muramasa blade from Rei.

Rahne dashed with great speed at the failing Thanosi, past the crumbling corpses and jumped an easy ten feet, landing in front of him ferociously and swiped swiftly with one of her hands, shredding his throat open and with her foot stomped him to the ground, pressing it against his chest to have the bleeding gush more violently.
Shortly after, she transformed back to human form and fell to her knees with a sigh "N' proper!" She said quietly in an attempt to excuse her action, somewhat sorrowful for just having cut a man down in ferocity. She smiled and turned towards the group, wiping a tear from below her eye with her arm as she stood up again "Na' Lilandra" She said cautiously in an attempt to joke the grief away and slowly walked down from the throne. She panted faintly, mostly as a result in her strain to keep herself from crying. There were times when her absolute form scared her, when she was engulfed in emotions and primal instincts. It was a period of emotional vulnerability, not being held back by all the human senses of justice.

"You see, he-" She started, but paused to think for a moment. Saying what had happened would be tough, since just thinking about it made her blush. She took a few deep breaths before continuing "-pulled down my skirt then shot his hand on my behind" She said and almost panted afterwards, having held her breath ever since she started talking to Cable. She looked over at Rockslide then and frowned, shaking her head.

The remaining Cuckoos stood by the door of their room and peaked at where Phoebe stood in front of the image of Cable. They snickered and giggled as they then entered the room and closed the door behind them.

"Rahne" She said and walked over to the girl that had just killed the Thanosi. She should have given her some X-Men speech about avoiding killing if it is an option, but Rahne if possible was even more frail than that Rei child. The big difference between the two, was that Rei was confident, while Rahne was not. The other big difference, was that Rahne was highly competent and Emma would trust her with her life anytime. She would not trust Rei with a soda.

Reaching for Rahne, she placed her hands over her shoulders and smiled at her, leading her back to the group "Lets try make things less bloody next time" She said calmly and patted her on the back.

Jean turned around after the battle.What the hell just played out.She knew what she felt and it was Lilandra.An fake Thanos,undead army,Vulcan and his party closing in on them.Something wasn't right here.Why would this Thanos be so easy to kill if it was an trap."I say we keep moving.See this copy of Thanos was't ment for battle.It was ment for show.Just an ploy to confuse and scare anyone that came near it.Now we have to look at this from both points of veiw.Why was this thing placed her and who placed it her.The other being what if Lilandra had placed this here as an line of defense to keep from beig found by her enemies.It would explaine why Gladiator couldn't find her if he had already scanned this planet.Now Scott I'm telling you she is here or was.Her mental trail.....it stop's here.It's still faint.Where are you?Up?Jean's head lifted up to the sky still knowing this would at least help them become one step closer to her.If they would have just left the would have been jumping from planet to planet.That in it's self would have slowed them down since they didn't have an cerbro to use for the planets with an populatio.Her trail is leading up.She was here.One step closer.Since we don't have much time I could just fly us all back to the ship."Where was Lilandra.

Logan picked up his blade as his claws retracted and walked over to the body of the Thanosi just in case it was still alive. He swung down at it's open neck and sliced the head clean off, he then did the same to it's body splitting it in half. "That's just for good measure" He then walked back over by Emma and Scott to explain himself. "Look I know it wasn't the best idea, but we have a kid around who ain't worth shit in a fight, i figured risk a little injury by saving a life. How tha hell was I supposed to know that he would run around with it in his mouth as a damn cheetah."

Santo laughed as he looked at Cable and scratched his head "Yea, I was just having some fun no harm meant. But on a more serious note, you're Cable which is awesome I'm a big fan. I've seen you on tv and heard stories you really know how to bring the pain on enemies, I heard you even almost beat Silver Surfer once. I can't wait till I get on that level."

Things seemed to have calmed down. It didn't look like they were going to fight anymore. With a smile and a nod Seanna silently made her way back to the kitchen.
