X-Men Roleplay

It was happening again... People hated her and they ignored her... once again she was alone...

But this time it shall be known... she thought furiously...
Adrenaline flowed through her body, she lost complete control of any shred of rational thought... The tarmack underfoot began to crack at the mere presence of her power, globes fell from lamposts and windows hummed a symphony of reverberations. Ana's eyes inked pure black and veins became visible allover her body, the metal she wore began to levitate and material in a short arc around her was slowly dematerialized into pure energy, arcing between her armor and the point of origin which gave her the appearance of a lightning mutant...

She levelled her hand to the entrance of the club where they were... the music inside stopped and screams and shouts issued from inside as the building began to shake violently. Eric jumped to his feet and held the main structure of the building intact as it began to collapse under her power, she was powerful but Eric was greater... With metal at least...

If they would not allow her to crush the structure then she wwould just show them her might; the bricks of the stucture began to crack and groan as they were wrenched from the building, the entire facing of the club began to shear away and the two bodyguards were killed in the maelstrom of mortar and brick. The entire front section of the building tore away finally and relealed the cowering crowd save for a few who stood to oppose her, Magneto included...

((Your turn now! I planned this as Magneto stopped her from killing everyone by crushing the building))

Jade re-inforced the crumbling building that Magneto had managed to hold together with her jade shield, concentrating. Her jaw clenched as she threw off her thick jacket, Alchemy had crossed the line and now was the time to show what she was made of.

"Stand down, girl! We are not your foe!" Magneto announced, but Ana seemed to have lost the ability to speak, let alone understand anything; she just wore an expression that could wake the dead... The black eyes did nothing to aid that.

"I warn you now! Do not attack your bretheren, only oblivion awaits so foolish of an act!" Eric tried again, only to recieve a hail of desolated bricks in his direction... he was nearly extending the full use of his immense ability to hold against Alchemy's shocking power to be able to do anything...

Jade extended her shield, the veigns in her neck and head alike began to buldge. She stepped away from the bar and jumped down onto the main floor, the bricks shattering upon impact of the shield. Jade had reversed the polarity of her shield so that anything that came into contact with it from the outside would be obliterated.

"You have my thanks..." Eric muttered, he didn't like stand-offs... the metal signs and fireladders were torn from their mounts and thrown at Alchemy, if only to provide a distraction. In her current state, her senses were turn on full and she flew out of their tragectory with ease, her power lifted from the tormented building and many materials fell to the grounds and amidst the cowering crowd.
As there was no outwards target for her rage if only of a second, her rage lifted and she witnessed the extent of her tantrum, she flew away at her fastest possible speed, only running away from the truth, not those she attacked...

"I told you that girl should be watched..." Magneto stated to Jade, "...just what did you say to her to put her in such a state?" his voice was more of a friendly query than scolding.

Jade allowed the shield to decrease slightly in magnitude so that she was not completely drained. "I let her know that her views where not the same as mine...I wished her luck and that was it." Jade replied simply.

"Then why would she do such a thing? Young people..." Eric muttered.
"Such a shame... Such power uncontrolled and such a fine establishment lost... pity..."

Jade nodded, "Indeed, I maybe young myself but I've been through quite a lot in my short time here on earth to know when to walk away." Her power beginning to strain in the sheer effort of keeping up such a shield. She looked to Magneto, "We're going to have to get everyone out of here...I don't think I can keep this shield up any longer."

"EVERYONE EVACUATE!" He called, for his age his voice could reach an impressive volume; needless to say, noone ignored him...
I must have that girl with me... he thought, almost greedily...

Jade nodded to several people as they passed her, thanking her, looking around. She saw that everyone was now beyond the shield. She breathed deeply and created a small shield around herself as everything collapsed around her.

Ana, all torn apart emotionally as she was whenever her powers aligned with her emotions... She flew for what seemed like hours that were mere minutes until she found a dark and secluded place to cry alone without any chance of interruption... The problem was that she could see everything that happened as if in another's body as a spectator; she held no controll over her actions and whenever it happened, people died... Tonight she killed the two bouncers outside the club but compared to other instances this was quite minor... but each life she took made her feel more and more distant to her faith as she was devout in God's name save for this...

She knew it for certain that she was scitzophrenic, though nothing she tried ever worked to stem the other side of her personality; the ravaging monster inside that revelled in carnage and sung along with the symphony of death. It didn't have a name or an ego... it was just pure anger and lust, no real intentions beside for bringing about destruction... Ana simply called it hate as she was a naturally kind and polite person... when not fighting for her rights, that is...

Jade crouched as the club fell in around her, shielding herself with her powers. She waited until the rumbling and debris ceased falling before standing and sighing. Unscathed, she made her way safely out of the now ruined club and toward the large gathering of homosapiens and mutants that where now within safe distance of the rubble.

The human spectators were drawn from nearby, but the undeniable figure of magneto and a pack of young mutants scared them back, Eric found their cowardice amusing and rightly so...
"This may seem sudden but I must advance my plans, this friend of yours complicates matters greatly... I will need a few volunteers for a certain operation before we move onto the main course of action, you will be informed in due time... Now, this operation will take place at a certain Alkaly Lake damn which housed a former military operation..." He announced, the rest of the Mutant crowd broke away to leave a few people to join him...

((Has anyone played Xmen The official game... that was set as the official aftermath of Xmen 2 and I'm setting this version of Eric as the one from the movies... Alkaly Lake we go!))

Jade nodded to Magneto as he spoke, "I'm with you..." She thought in the back of her head, 'Like I really have a choice now, I don't exactly have anywhere else to go.'

Jason opens his phone "Metal Man on the way to Alkaly Lake"

"shit! I almost forgot, Magneto is planning a 'revolution' of some sort, my sources tell me they are heading off to ALkaly Lake"

"sources?!" Noah asks with a sly grin

"yeah, ok, some chick at the bar" Jason says alittle proud of himself, "anyways, are you gonna join or stand against?"

Noah paused for a moment, "depends on what type of revolution it is"

"cool, so you and bel check it out, I'll stay here and guard... Rayne, and the others..." Jason said moving over to her

Noah took off into the sky, and waited for Bel to lead the way, after she rolls her eyes at Jason.

They land in the street next to the one the club is off, Noah walks off onto the side walk, Bel stood there for a moment, remembering the good old days with Team they used to be in...

A loud honking sound appears out of no where, Noah turns around, but its too late. Bel is lying on the road bleeding internally and externally, "go home mutant freaks!!" the car yells as it speeds off...

Noah stares in shock, his pupils widen to cover his whole eye, darkness bursting off him, he launches himself into the air, chasing the car. As the car goes to turn around a corner, its hit with a blast of darkness, the impact shatters windows of near by houses and stores, a smoldering pile of metal is all thats left from the car

"They...shall all...DIE!!" screams Noah, as he blasts some more surrounding cars...

Jade spun on her heels as her hearing caught wind of the accident and a voice she vaugely recognised, running like speedy gonzalez on valium, she projected a shield around several cars and threw them to safety, controlling her breathing, she yelled out to the insane mutant, "STOP!"

"You always had a way with your actions, Arcane..." Eric took hold of the vehicles and forced them away, carefull not to crush them at least in front of Jade. "...And talent such as yours is something I'd never be able to overlook!" he noticed the wounded mutant and moved to help her...

Noah put up a field around Bel, "stay away from her!" he yelled, landing on the ground, "don't try to protect those who hate and murder us" Noah's words were cold, he sent a few more blasts towards some car close by...

"But now there are more pressing matters than simply annihilating them upon contact!" Eric called, "I wish to speak with you but not in such a state..."

"what about Bel..." Noah asked, while the blasts he sent off earlier blew up another car, he slowly walked towards her
