Yaoi is the more sexual version of shounen-ai and yes, it's dude on dude. Not all yaoi is hentai, though.
Not much of a fan of it, myself.

In fact, I have the first DVD of it. Not a classic for the ages, but cute and funny; I'll probably collect the other DVDs as time and money permit.

(Since this thread has been revived, I'll make a book recommendation: Beyond My Touch, by Tomo Maeda. It's just one volume, so it's cheap to pick up, and cute, even though the seconddary stories aren't all that much)
