See thats the problem, we dont know if its actually him. For all we know it could be one of his doubles you know "Santa's helper". So we take out his helper, and then he knows we're on to him.
If we wait and plan something on christmas, and trick him into eating something, then theres no way he can get out of his fate. ✅
