Not bad New Jack it's looks from your face like you have a pretty good diet for a natuaral. I can't see your arms but you don't look as proportionally big as that certain banned member we were talking about. I think he has about 18.5 guns cut in the pic he posted on here or at least so he told me on another site and the bicep does look as big as his head almost.

Edit: I just realised that 18 inch only equals 45cm which really isn't that much I think the 90-100kg competitor biceps size is around 19 inch 48-50 cm.
