Momiji is straight. I mean come on the kid wanted to sleep and bathe with Tohru. I think he only dresses that way cuz it fits his personality. I'm sure once he growns into his age he'll dress appropriately....
They are related yes, but I think everyone is very distant cousins. Though maybe we could have a case of incest here 😛 But I believe it is just that they are hardly related at all. *shrug*
I'm hoping that I'll find the answers to more of my own questions through reading the manga!
also if it helps cushion the blow i would like to remind you all that the sohmas story is the basic "oh noes theyre freaks lets prosecute them!" setting. so this family never really had a choice in the manner of being with outsiders. plus lets not forget that because of their curse they transform with someone of the opposite sex thats outside of their family. therefore they cannot trust anyone outside of their own family. the only probable reason i think they let tohru in is because society has a better understanding.
