The "new pearl harbor" refers to a statement in the PNAC manifesto that says that there needs to be another attack on America so that the president has the excuse and support to execute the PNAC goals which are summed up as complete deregulation of big business, control over the american people, and full spectrum military dominance of the globe.

what i am saying is that 9/11 was necesary towards PNAC's goals and they ALLOWED IT TO HAPPEN despite all the warning they had.
