Especially if both have equal powers to Galactus. Silver Surfer wouldn't matter even with the upgrade. This was a two on one.

I think both were taken out by surprised/ambushed, Big G probably was in the middle of his feeds and starving considering were they're fighting. Anybody got the Annihilation Nova corps files, its got more information; like Fallen one becoming Aegis and Teneberous herald to track down G and supposedly the most powerfull of the heralds.. etc..etc.
