I agree the fight might be different this time I mean Zeus might actually break a sweat.

Why not take it seriously ? It's canon is it not ? You can do your best to try to ignore it but then again it's canon like it or not.

So is Squirrel stomping Thanos, Ego, and Galactus. I'm not denying it didn't happen, it's not cannon or even that it's unusable. Hell, Thor has had more impressive and out there showings but it felt like Pak was writing this comic while masturbating.

High showings are fine with me, it's the nature of the comic that won't allow me to take it seriously.

😂

Hulk and Thor are the main stars of Marvel, not sure why everyone upset about Hulk finally getting his deeds made clearly.

What? You think Zeus was going all out? 😂
Physically, yes, but all his magical abilities? No.

Too true, unless of course it's retconned later. But as of now, you are 100% correct.

That wasn't the real Thanos but that's besides the issue here. Pak you can tell is a Hulk fan but so what. What he writes is canon and if the shoe was on say Thor's foot you'd be masturbating while reading this too.

Once more time: I'm not denying it didn't happen, it's not cannon or even that it's unusable.

I just can't take it seriously, and can't help but laugh. If you have a problem with that, tough. Deal with it.

For the record, if you had substituted Thor for Hulk, I'd also be laughing and rallying for Pak to be taken off of the Thor book. Contrary to popular believe, I don't have a problem with the idea of Thor losing a fight but I do have a problem if he goes around stomping all his enemies. If this wasn't the case, I'd have a huge problem with two of my favorite Thor runs, Lee/Kirby and Walter Simonson. Thor's most admirable quality is his ability to step it up. He was never intended to be invincible, unbeatable or what not. He was always intended to be vulnerable but with the ability to step it up no matter the threat.

Comics shouldn't be shaped to match feats, feats should be shaped to match comics. To a reasonable extent of course.

what an honor to post on the 1000th page of this thread

Preach

Buttserscotch.

Hahahaha, if the next issue is like this, Pak will have become one of my all time favorite writers. I actually love it.

I do find it funny that Thor and Hulk are hitting some intense levels while Superman won't be able to....fly come September.

Jesus Christ.

Pak and Geoff Johns should do a cross over.
