That's cute. Fans of puny gods, from puny worlds staying together.I almost wish I could give you some of Superman's feats to pass as one of your own.
I like Superman more than I like Surfer, I just don't understand why you jumped in like that as if Norrin having a decent feat is an insult to Clark.
I realize that he didn't exactly have good showings in terms of lifting/pushing feats last year but there's no need to be so nervous. As long as Superman is numero uno in your heart of hearts, it'll be okay.

How is pointing out that Surfer fans are wetting their tangas at a feat Superman surpassed two upgrades ago "jumping in like that"? And yeah, I definitely feel that...insults Superman...somehow..
It just does.
Something along those lines.
I was trying to get a laff out of this. Where's your inner rage?
Yeah... I feel like Surfer's feat was better. Based on the size of the ship relative to Lobo when Superman punched him into it, I don't think there was much a difference in size between the two (size of a small moon is either hyperbole or there are some small ass moons out there), and there is nothing to indicate that Superman tossed ship as far as Surfer did, certainly nothing in the issue that eludes to it being in a different solar system as your quote states.

My point remains the same, classic incarnations of characters are of little relevance. Hulk wasn't anywhere in the same vicinity of strength then as he is now and virtually every character with powers has been amp exponentially.Thor was koed by a bullet, the falling mast of a ship and Vietcong artillery shell. Another point for Surfer. 😎
Pretty much. Classic fts and the characters was all over the place.

Stop being such a f*g and let Surfer enjoy his showing.Edit: Just read Deviants #4. I know Rob Rodi is more of a Conan sword and sorcery type writer but his Thor either needs to be written a lot more powerfully or stop holding back so much (I'm assuming it's the latter, as in the previous mini Thor topped out at planet atomizing in general energy projection which isn't that bad).
So... you don't think Kaz-ar should be able to hit harder than Thor? 😎
I know Thor has to take it easy on mortals, he has even had problems finding a middle ground between the force it takes to stun and kill them, but Rodi hasn't written enough Thor for me to be a 100% sure. If it was Lee, DeFalco, Thomas etc. then yea it would go without saying but here it might just be a low showing. His Thor has had the strength to move mountains IIRC but still, trying to be objective. Probably being too objective.

And it's made quite clear that they're in a completly other solar system that Superman doesn't even recognize.

Next time you're not in the mood to make a fool out of yourself by pretending, as always, that you're in the know about things, you could just ask me "Why do you think he threw it out of the solar system?". Prefferably with master at the end.
Hm, taking Superman's word and the actual comparison perspective seen at the very beginning of the issue..
(are those fragments of the destroyed planet/moon?! and it's consistent with Superman's words?! say it ain't so!)
....or your word on how Lobo seemed to be big compared to the ship.
Decisions. hmm

That's a pretty tough choice. Which are you going to pick? On the edge of my seat here.

You're right, Superman did end up in another Solar System, I forgot that was the story that led to that terrible Lobo / Superman Legion crossover.
We know how large Lobo is, what we don't know how large that planet is nor do I know how far away from the ship it is. As such the size of Lobo relative to the ship gives me a lot more useful information in determining how large that ship is than that panel does. Scale and perspective! Learn how to do it. 😎
