Character Ownage

Actually it was a nice showing for the NA as a team, when Luke hit Ragnarok and sended him into the building I was afraid that it would end in Cage wanking again. Fortunately they took him down as a team.

Wolverine owned Ragnarok.

What comic did you read?

Logan cut and stabbed him and Ragnarok was still in the fight. He even got stabbed in the throat and all it did was piss him off. Wolverine on the other hand got left a bloody mess and had to be saved by his teammates.

A fake, less durable, less powerful Thor copy displayed enough damage soak to fight through Logan's claws and just get progressively pissed off in the process.

You're aware that the stuff that was posted like a week ago was a preview and only half of the fight was shown right?

If this cover image is true, looks like Stormin' Norman has finally got to abstract level.

... Why is Norman so strong?

It was shown last issue and further shown again this issue that somehow, someway, Osborn's been amped. How and to what ultimate degree is unsure.

Or Wolverine beat on Ragnarok until the fact that - you know - he can't actually fly caught up, and finally fell back to earth. Aside from being on fire and in a Rage, he was fine.

Ragnarok is a cyborg clone. If Wolverine stabbed Thor in the throat the fight would have been over.

I'm not in the current Marvel loop. What's the context there? Why is Thor evil, etc.?

He was systematically collection resources he has Wolverine's blood (DNA), Goliath's hair (DNA), he collected tech from Wasp/Antman, made his own 6armed Spider-man (with Spider powers except Spider-Sense), made fodder soldiers into Hulks (+Spider powers), hacked into Iron Mans armor and has the entire resources of A.I.M., H.A.M.M.E.R., Hydra and the Hand. My guess is that he is copy pasting the powers of all the heroes on himself.

That's Ragnarok, the clone from Civil War.

It's Ragnarok, the same clone of Thor that went nutso in Civil War. Osborn and HAMMER revived him and sicced him on the New Avengers.

Yah, Wolverine totally needed Cage running interference so he wouldn't be splattered all over the place. Ragnarok got stabbed and cut, but aside from being bloody and pissed, he was fine and judging from the scans, about to beat Wolverine's ass.

Ragnarok is less durable than Thor, who Wolverine can't manage to damage all that much outside of glancing blows.

I believe this expression is all that matters.

Aside from being bloodied and pissed he was fine? So... just like Wolverine then (except he was also on fire)? Cage is the reason that Wolverine got knocked out of the air in the first place. Logan was using Ragnarok's body and cloak to keep himself a float while he landed blows. If he fight had been on the ground like all the hypothetical Thor vs Wolverine melee threads, Wolverine would have had the option to dodge, something he was unable to do while engaged in airborne combat without propulsion

That's because all Wolverine landed on the real Thor was glancing blows... because if Wolverine stabbed the real Thor in the neck or stomach half a dozen times like he did Ragnarok, Thor would have died.

Yeah, open eyes... gritted teeth. That's a real telling scan. Wolverine was f@cked! 🙄

Im actually surprised people are so surprised he's strong. He should be a class 10+ by default.
