The Gamma Bomb didn't encompass 1/3 of the planet, it was clearly limited to that small island and it's said as much in the latest issue.
Also, while Hulk was in distress from Banner's death, Doom clearly punked him. Are you trying out for the h1's position on this board or something?

It's obvious that removing Banner from Hulk didn't weaken Hulk's power (That was made very clear), and right before that fight, Hulk got hit with a Gamma Bomb, which would power up Green Scar more than anything. The end of the issue also suggests it merged Hulk and Banner.

Most of the people on this board are not knowledgeable enough about Hulk to debate or call Carver on his claims and the one's who are don't really care.

Rage, I'm not upset at the showing. Lol...there are so many circumstances involved with current Hulk that I don't even know what to do with the character.
