I'm really not sure how you can say that this Round 2 fight was a stalemate...? Ben was the only one shown on panel to have landed any punches, He gave Namor a bloodied mouth, and IMO was again the victor between the two. Namor was shown to tackle Ben and that was it.

The best you can do is that Ben had the upper hand before they wer interrupted but nobody won that fight both of those guys were fine and ready to continue.

I left it as a stalemate as there was no clear victor and no one was ko'ed or seriously hurt. He defietly was getting the upper hand, but it wasn't a victory nor was it close to ending.

If you look at it as if it's a boxing match or any form of a martial arts fight which there isn't a KO involved they would go to the score card and on panel Ben was definitely the winner again.

It seems Thor takes on the Phoenix 3 times and in between those encounters fights a reborn Captain Mar-Vell and Noh-Varr. Pretty good overall.

I'm curious to see how that fight turns out. Although he was bandaged & recovering, Thor really got rocked in the Secret Avengers #27 tie in preview:

Hey I'm with you, but the boxing match is scored at the END of the fight, rather then just after 3-4 attacks. If you go by a boxing or mma match this would be ruled a no-contest as the stipulated match wasn't close to ending, nor was it long enough for the judges to make an educated ruling. It was WAY to early to declare a winner, but YES Thing had the upper hand at the moment it was ending. So no followng mma or boxing this would be ruled a no-contest

I'm not saying Namor won, but all it was is a stalemate (Thing was getting the better before it abruptly ended).
