Character Ownage

Rumor has it that for their next event Marvel are going to move away from plot, story and continuity so they can concentrate on the bits that they feel fans are smashing the most for - Thor getting his ass kicked. Defeat Itself as its tentatively being titled, will be 12 bimonthly issues of Thor's goddamn head getting caved in and will tie into every Marvel title and several DC books. For those who prefer stories to fights, an as yet untitled tie-in will feature Thor's desperate struggle against a brand new time-traveling villain with a diabolical plan to retcon every previous Thor victory into a humiliating loss. Straight after announcing this book Marvel took the somewhat unusual step of revealing that Thor, perhaps unsurprisingly, does in fact fail utterly in the end.

In the meantime Thor's own title will be relaunched as Thor Gets Killed by the Marvel Universe in October and Marvel will release a 3 volume TPB collecting the Thunder God's greatest defeats of May to July 2012.

Seriously how is Thor still alive much less functioning after getting beat up so often?

Can someone explain the 'Fab 5' to me? Are they just Phoenix analogues? Wasn't Colossus Juggernaut? What happened with that?

Basically, Marvel kind of sucks now.

In a more detailed explanation, Colossus, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Magik, and Namor, all got a portion of the Phoenix Force, and are now totally cooler having gotten an amp in power. Colossus is the most coolest because he's still backed by the limitless in power Cytorrak.

Colossus is still Juggernaut and the best one yet far better then Cain said by Cytt himself...haermm

Pretty simple. Pheonix as a whole was seperated into 5 peices and the Fab 5 are the new hosts

Also Colossus still is, he even went to Cyttorak to talk. It pretty much went down like this

Colossus: "hey, remember during Fear Itself you took away Cain's power when he was powered by another force? Can you do the same for me?

Cy: "No bro, you heroes fight more then villians and your my favorite avatars in a thousand years and that's why I have been giving you more power. (he did say the favorite avatar part)

Colossus: "well you left me no choice...heeeres comes my attack

*cy embarasses Colossus

Cy: "I make my own rules here, go home"

Colossus: "🙁......k"

Magik then teleports him away. Ta da
