...What? 😕
You can see the points of Wolverine's claws in the panel where Hulk rammed Wolverine's claws into his face. The points - as always - are on the very end of his claws, which removes the possibility of him stabbing throw his skull, which means his claws aren't inside of his face, but pressing against the surface of his brow, with half of them forced back into his forearm.

I thought that initially, but it doesn't look very well done, next he is seen on the floor stuck with half of his claws in his face. Having the points of his claws embedded in his skin isn't going to drop Wolverine like that. When he removes the claws there is blood covering the 6 inches of his claws that looked to have pierced his skull *shrug*
No, it's not going to drop him, but the sheer force of adamantium claws colliding with his skull could.
He cut the Hulk before that, of course they're covered in blood 😛
Not sure how to explain that he's blind though... grogginess?

I think what dropped him is that the Hulk slammed him in the face with his claws, which is class 100 force focused on to the top of his each of his claws.
The brow line actually bleeds a lot. You see guys in MMA get split there with elbows and doctors actually have to stop the fight be cause there is so much blood the fighter can't see. That's just gravity and blood dripping down his claws, if they had actually gone into his brain, they would have been caked in in blood.

Hulk crunched up some of Things hide and blew it into the air... which apparently blinded Logan.

I don't know man the art doesn't help at times but most evidence points to the claws going further than skin deep imo, when he pulled the claws out they were already half covered in blood. Seeing as though the ends of his claws are pointed, it wouldn't make sense to have such large holes in his face, the average thickness of the skin on the forehead is like what a cm? Wolverines claws are 12 inches long.

Well he recovered quicker when Hulk actually flat out punched him in the face, which should carry more power than grabbing Logans hand stabbing it against his skull.I don't know man the art doesn't help at times but most evidence points to the claws going further than skin deep imo, when he pulled the claws out they were already half covered in blood. Not really, the point of Wolverine's claws are significantly smaller than Hulk's fist, so it's the same force applied over a much, much smaller surfaced area.
The fatty area of the brow immediately above the eye on the supraorbital ridge is probably around half an inch think. The most distinguishable and visible of the penetration marks on Wolverine's head in the panel is the one on the right, and the diameter of that hole isn't much greater than the width of one of Wolverine's teeth in the same panel.
