^ I've never seen another artist with the ability to ruin a character for me, moreso that Liefeld. The man is absolutely horrible.

The second encounter was PIS, we all know it. Why didn't Ock even lift Banner from the ground?

The answer to your question would be on page 4, panel number 4. If you need help with it though, the Hulk grabs the arms, and over powers them before allowing them to hoist him in the air.
