And I've clearly established that she was in the air when Cyclops attacked, that time was passing between each jump-cut and so it wasn't a continuation of the one scene you believe it to be.

In AvX in the first page I posted, WQ blasts Hulk and literally in the 3rd panel (2nd being Hulk being hit away) Cyclops attacks her from behind. Notice the Argh is covering panel 2 and 3 indicating it was right away. Then following the panels she landed on the ground and her powers are taken away

Now for UXM, following your logic she would have had to blast green hulk, take Cyclops blast and then fight Rulk and Wolverine and then get blasted from behind again and get her powers removed....again. Yep, don't see any faulty logic there.

Notice in both issues when Cyclops attacked she was surprised on both accounts, following your logic she should have seen it coming, especially the second time. Notice in both scenes soon as when she hits a Hulk figure Cyclops attacks...instantly. Similar no?

She gets blasted when she's airborne and that's after she's smacked away Wolverine and Rulk and AFTER she blast Hulk.

In AvX we see Hulk (green as you claim) blasted and then Cyclops literally attacks instantly no space in between. Then in UXM we see her fight Rulk and after she blasts him we see him instantly attack her in the same manner and from behind...no space in between,

3) Whilst getting distance from Hulk, she swats Rulk and Wolverine (UXM)
4) Cyclops readies himself, waiting for a clear opportunity (UXM)
5) Climbs into the air, turns and blasts Hulk with a large PF blast (AvX)
6) Cyclops blasts her in the back, whilst BOTH are airborne (UXM/AvX)

Once again "your" schedule of events doesn't work as Cyclops wasn't preparing or lingering around Emma he instantly attacked. Also so green Hulk came back and started to fight Emma again only to be blasted away...again? Can't say I saw that anywhere in the comics.
