Reality manipulators aren't exactly normal in the first place. Do I think Franklin could have done it? Yea. A stable Legion? Possibly. Clyde Wyncham? Absolutely.

I guess I made a poor choice of words but by normal , I meant a universal shaper or some such sh1t like that . Kind of like a competent CCU wielder .
