Not alternate time lines, but from different points of the 616 time line. Grey Hulk was plucked from right after the Gamma Bomb detonation, stuff like this happens all the time bro. The Green Hulk was the current Hulk, he didn't time travel there IIRC. These are all 616 characters and it's very much canon to all of them, that's a very large point of the entire line.

there is a good debate here... Hulk maxes out at 500 strength which is also the the level of the enchantment Odin placed on the Hammer (Odin uses 500 level magic) at the maximum usage of strength Hulk could conceivably be equal with the enchantment for a round or so...
