It's not canon to Hulk.

Someone broke it down on comicvine why it isn't canon.

Haha, this is getting pathetic. Has Marvel not been giving Hulk sufficient love for you? Do you automatically resort to idiotic defenses whenever there is even a slight possibility of Hulk not looking great?

Okay break it down for me. For the record, Peter David (Yes that one), wrote this story specifically so that it could easily slide into the Avengers history or what have you.

“It’s set in what I would call a continuity bubble in the already-established Avengers history,” David said. “There’s a specific time in history this story slides into, and [it] also serves the needs of a project created [as] a companion piece to the movie.”

This is simply a one shot that slides into history, it happens all the time in comics.

Carver. Either provide valid evidence it isn't canon or sit quiet.

Lol...why did you have to post the scan right after your comment?

Because I like to hit you where it hurts.

It's been a long time since the last Anti-Hulk Scan Blitz...

And shame on you bro. You -and everyone- should know better than to take anything that Carver says with more than a grain of salt.

Here it is, an interview with Jason Aaron about AvX 12 :
http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=41345

Absolutely no mention of the Lifeforce or anything else that went on during Children's Crusade were even hinted at.

All you have is baseless conjecture in trying to twist something Tony Stark didn't say as somehow affecting what clearly happened on-panel in Children's Crusade.

You don't twist character statements into covering up clear on-panel feats so you can make a more favorable comparison between comic characters. You certainly don't twist what wasn't stated by characters so you can do the same. Moreover, you don't use writer interviews to twist what occurs on-panel. At all. So trying to take something the writer didn't say in an interview to twist what happened on-panel? Phucking pathetic as well as illogical to the second degree. And clearly against the KMC rules.

Stop burying your head in the ground. You mention what Jason Aaron didn't say in a writer interview to try to twist HoM Wanda and her feats, you're reported. I don't have the patience anymore to deconstruct your trolling any further. It ends.

Show me where in AvX the Lifeforce or Doom is mentioned in connection with HoM Wanda's "no more mutants" hex and you'll have a point. Till then, you got nothing.

I've got nine issues of Children's Crusade and on-panel showings and explanation of how HoM Wanda gained and lost the Lifeforce amping her powers.

What do you have? On-panel feat? No. On-panel character statement? No. On-panel non-character statement? Yes. All you literally have is, something Tony Stark didn't say.

You're trying to elevate the Phoenixforce to omniversal levels based on something a character didn't state. That's quite possibly the most pathetic and desperate gambit I've ever seen performed here on KMC. In fact, it definitely is.

I will be closing this thread for a while since some people can't just comment on ownage scans and have to ruin the thread for most everybody.

Scans of Hulk seperating into two entities...grey Hulk and Green Hulk.

I think the Season One TPBs are meant to be canon. Strange, Ant-Man, now the Avengers, Hulk etc etc are a sort of re-telling/modernizing of their origins. This one was set in the earliest days of the Avengers, those two Hulk's in those scans were pulled from alternate times by the Tomorrow Man but regardless Thor did quite well, he used his brain which current Thor rarely seems to do these days.

I just wonder why they didn't have the decency of having Cap use the shield for both hits.

When you're amped by Loebforce, you don't really need the indestructible shield 😄

Aaaahhhh, so those aren't canon to Hum but to Thor (since they are alternate versions of the character)?

The writer said it was canon. And it's Peter David, arguably the best Hulk writer of all time.

It's canon to Thor, not Hulk since they were plucked from a different timeline.
