In some books he had the classic feel.

movie look. I miss the classic costume.

Same here. I was fine with the modified costume he was wearing during Heroic Age. Too bad they didn't stick with that.

It'll be back sooner or later.

And it was still able to overpower Superman with its tail. Where are the scans stating its durability was lowered. We know it was dying. That's not the proof we need.

And you said you wouldn't try to use it as a low feat...

For shame, Carver.

I'm not lowballing the ft, I'm debating against BP in regards to the Dragon being weakened. The ft still belongs to Superman, I'm questioning the Dragon durability.

It's cells were decaying, and it was dying. Well, as much as a zombie can die.

So yes, as strong as it was (punching Superman from Metropolis to Ireland, which is a fair distance), it's durability wasn't as impressive, due to the decay.

You rock! How the fxxk did you find that?

PS, now do you see why I hate on Marvel editors/writers? They're fxxking morons!

Found it on CBR . And it only proves that these writers/editors on Formspring have a tendency to troll fans, and hence their responses on that board should be taken with a grain of salt .

Btw, here's this gem as well :

How about this gem?

Even the writer admitted he got it wrong, but Brevoort wants to weigh in and say it was fine?

Pfft.

I always found it strange why Brevoort defended that showing of Surfer's when Mcduffie himself gave an entirely different explanation on his own forum :
Read the scene again and this time pay attention. The Surfer allowed the Panther to "restrain" him in the hope of finding out what the FF was up to. A panel later, the Surfer's assistant blasts the Panther unconscious. The Surfer is irritated because he wanted the Panther to talk, which he thought he might do if the Panther believed he had the upper hand. Most of the people who ***** about this have only seen a scan of one page, or have poor reading comprehension skills.

Cos he's trolling?

^That's a valid explanation .

Why fans go to Formspring to ask questions about power levels and then get mad when they get trolled is beyond me.

Honestly, I would do the exact same thing if I was the editor.

Brevoort might actually believe the nonsense he spews. It's also clear that he's a major Thor fanboy, as he generally puts Odin and his enchantments above everyone else in the MU. Whatever. Writer opinion trumps editor opinion in my book anyhow. These aren't the days of Mark Gruenwald anymore.

This shows what he's all about in a nutshell.

That is nice and all but then you may as well not have a Formspring(or any other Q&A board) account at all. And you're forgetting that Brevoort's trolling isn't limited to being directed towards power-level related questions alone.

Also, if an (apparently) ignorant fan goes and asks a question regarding the status of a character in a particular comic, and if you give a reply that directly contradicts what was shown in that very comic, then you aren't "trolling" said fan, but essentially trolling yourself(or getting trolled yourself, whatever way one sees it).
Which is what my Fred Van Lente/Chaos War scan was all about. Self-pwnage at its finest. 👆

Moron.

Makes sense, though. Being controversial gets you sales - look at the gay marriage storyline, for example.
