Lizard did, actually. Sandman rarely uses his "hard" form (pun intended), that showing still counts. She-Hulk fought Parker more than once? I can agree that the Gargan one is arguably a low showing.
He tossed Thing in their first encounter. Not the same thing at all... just like Wolverine tossing Colossus in very early comics doesn't mean he could wail on bricks w/o his claws then.

The idea that Pete can't hurt people above his weight class is a myth. Just like Wolverine's fighting skills.
Or the nonsense idea that he can tank anything below class 100 attacks. Never was the case on-panel. And look at the super experienced MA he's fighting.

Actually, with the exceptions of A&W and various Coney Islands, I can't think of any traditional family style restaurant that does serve hot dogs, let alone Kosher or Halal ones, especially in Southeast Michigan.
