While it may be true that the Juggernaut you were specifically referring to was a "What if ...?" Charles Xavier, it's worth pointing out that, prior to the X-Men cartoon, the REAL Juggernaut was ALSO fairly articulate.
I remember feeling a minor level of shock at his portrayal IN that cartoon and later comics.
