Can't remember the title, but it was released with other supposedly non canon Thor stories. Or out of continuity or something like that. I'd be glad to be wrong about that though.

It's from Thor: Heaven & Earth. I don't know why any of it would really contradict continuity that much.

Tbh, in the old DCU, her lasso was hardly a one shot win that it was made out to be on the forums as well.

It's potentially a one shot incapacitation method if Diana resorts to it fast enough and decides to invoke it's actual soul binding/ravaging ability.

It's something she doesn't do in character often in character, though, definitely.

First time we've seen any other Gods aside from Asgardians in the Ultimate Universe? Tbh, I think it's pretty weird because the entire point of removing Asgard and making Thor mortal was to get Ultimate Universe on track, as it was becoming a 616 clone.
