Uru is Asgardian for Neutron matter 😱

But what's Uru made of? 😐

Uru is a metallic stone found only in Asgard. It's extremely durable, especially when enchanted (One of it's unique properties is that it soaks up magical energy), but it's not particularly heavy or dense by Earth metal standards as far as I've seen

Yeah, Aaron's should have gotten the memo, shit like that only counts if the character has an S on their chest.

I would say that, considering the energy drain/absorption tactics that Thor has demonstrated on various types of energy before, Uru's unique absorption capabilities shouldn't be limited to magic alone.

Anyways, that's just Tyson demonstrating his ignorance of comics. The "scientific explanations" given for why Thor's hammer becomes unmovable is that it generates a large gravitational field on the ground surface where it's laying, to counteract the force that is trying to lift it off the ground.

Yeah, Uru can soak up any energy like a sponge but I remember it once being noted that it has an affinity for magic.

Or maybe he should refrain from writing hyperboles that are easily identified. I mean seeing light from lightyears in no time? That's laughable even for comics.

Not really plenty of things like that happen all the time,

from characters talking in space, to characters talking while moving at the speed of light and detecting things at the speed of light, someone being to hear things happening space.

Seeing something happening lightyears away is nothing new to comics

Hyperbole? Meh, if you don't want to accept the feat, nothing that he writes will convince you. People still deny Bill destroyed a planet.

That's just how crazy destructive their fight was. That a world light years away was being negatively affected and shaken. Also, comics do that kind of stuff all the time. Some abilities and strengths defy physics. How many times have shockwaves traveled apparently light years in moments?

Really? Hmm...

Yeah, it's not like Superman detects sounds, in space, from light years away. 😐

Remind me, when was the last time someone saw the light from lightyears in no time without telescopic vision or something?

Really? Their fight must have accelerated speed of shockwaves and light too, I guess.

That has happened too many times to be counted as a hyperbole. Its like Karate Kid's karate. It makes no sense at all.

This isn't a human that we are talking about here that saw light trails from their battle. Her ft IS her seeing this which is the reason why she was asking Gor if he was ok. She seen the battle, seen him struggling and her words is proof enough of this.

Lol @ the downplaying of Gorr's fight.

Ok. This thread is not for discussion anyway.

Folks you shouldn't get mad about a fun pic, really.
