Vandal Savage isn't a member of the Trinity of Sin-- he's just a longtime foe of Pandora's.The members of the Trinity of Sin are:
Pandora(Pandora)
Phantom Stranger(Judas)
The Question(true identity yet to be revealed)
That's a pity. I liked the idea that savage is kain. He would fit well. I find it disappointing that PS is Judas. But anyway^^.
You'd think the Supreme Intelligence would have realized that people wielding hammers don't take kindly to orders.
I hope we see a Builder fight some other heroes like Hulk, Hyperion as defeating one is treated like this impossible task. Besides Thor, Captain Universe is the only one to go up against them and she's like Eternity with a vagina apparently.

How powerful was the builder that Thor took down supposed to be?

IIRC didn't it briefly show Hulk and Hyperion along with some other Avengers and Sh'iar soldiers stopping the Builders from invading a planet in that issue?

They didn't fight them the way Thor and Captain Universe did. This is one of the only times they fought against them.
