Ok, was I the only one expecting exactly that to happen? Honestly, I don't know why anyone is surprised. What better way to hype up the Master's of the Universe property than have them kick the crap out of Supes? That seems to be the trend at DC...hyping up things by having them stomp on Supes.
Although in this instance it looked as if Supes > He-man by a significant margin except for the magic sword of course. Oh well, everyone wins and everyone loses.
Supes seems to be where Thor was at a year ago. A quick easy way to hype characters they want hyped. I just wish DC would actually have Supes beat some serious contenders instead of just paying lip service to him for a change. Supes is supposed to be the toughest on the planet. We've heard that many times in many books. How about showing us why he is the toughest instead of just saying it? Seriously, how often does the most powerful being on the planet need to get beat before that title becomes a joke?
