Do you have scans? Because I recall Thor having everything under control when we last saw them. As a matter of fact, I remember him having a casual chat with someone as he knocked out Kalibak. I'm guessing that was John.

For the record, I have no problem with Kalibak putting up some type of a fight against Thor. Were you expecting him to easily one shot Kalibak? Possible sure, but not casual everyday Thor who isn't even serious.

Ah, it was a standard little fight then. Kalibak hits Thor, Thor hits him back, Manhunter helps put him down. Doesn't mean Thor needed the help so it's all good. Thor owned Kalibak about as much as Kalibak "owned" him.

This is an ownage thread, so it's ok. Though honestly, Thor is beyond Kalibak. Kalibak might put up a fight but with Mjolnir Thor will win most of the time.

Anyway. I used to Read CA, during that time he had some cool storys with Diamondback and D-Man. What happened to Steve and Diamondback? Did they become a couple?

My imagination? The next issue flat out states that Taskmaster attacks did nothing, that he would have to be crazy to think Thor even felt them.

I just think the explanation given later is much more logical and it wouldn't be exactly hard to believe that Taskmaster knocked loose blood that had already been drawn instead of assuming he hits harder then Ironclad and the rest of the U-Foes:

That's just me though. Personally, I don't really give a damn because it was later clarified so it can't be used to lowball in a debate later.
