In fairness, that was when Hulk was said to be hovering around Class 80 at "base" levels. Lots of characters were shown as stronger until he got even angrier. The last decade has seen an exponential growth in his average showings.

What comic is that Galan? Can you give the issue number, please?

Can someone show me something where it was ever referenced as Hulk strength being below class 100.? I thought I've read nearly everything involving him, but I guess I'm wrong.

Not really. He got his powers back not long ago, give it time.

Marvel can honestly do more with someone like The Blob based off his powerset. Same goes for Sebastian Shaw. So much wasted potential.
