If someone would have told me before today that there was a comic where Marshall Mathers pistol whipped The Punisher I would have called you insane...

Got revealed recently to be 616, yes.

Good that at least one writer (Hickman, right?) wants to put carver in his place.

Yup.

I revisited it to highlight the dangers of using extremely recent portrayals as irrefutable proof. It could easily have been the other way, and who knows, Hickman might in the next issue reveal it was a double bluff and that it WAS and alternative Hulk...

Someone post Dogwelder welding a dog to Lobo's ass and getting married to Bueno Excellente. That was ****ing hilarious.

What the ****.

That was awful, at least Frank tanked it all like a champ.

Your average Joe could beat the living shit out of Eminem in rl...

That face though...

Has Pete told anyone about the body snatching yet?

He told MJ

And Carlie and Spider-man 2099. Also Goblin figured it out instantly after hearing the first quip.

Stark is riding Eddie's dick and everyone on KMC treats it as a normal thing. Priceless.

Everyone knows Brock is dickless, though. 👆

Blasphemy. Besides who needs a dick when you can go full hentai mode with symbiotic tentacles.

Always wanted to post this. "Of thee I sing", one of the greatest Superman stories I've ever read and is really a undersold gem. What happens when Superman can't save someone?

Seriously it's scenes like that where you see Ennis REALLY gets Superman (along with the later scene with the grave). I mean, as much as he seems to hate superheroes at times, he really gets some characters. But yeah the later scene from JLA/Hitman (I think) is so good as well.

I guess just more evidence to how freaking good Ennis is as a writer.

Yeah, Ennis hates Superheroes with a passion but really loves Superman. That "what an unbelievably cool guy" was what he describes Superman to his fellow writers. He really hates Lobo and Green Lantern though.

😂

Ennis has one of the best all-around track records in comics, imo. Almost everything he writes is somewhere between enjoyable and brilliant.

I can forgive anything bad he's written for that Green Lantern scene.

Bueno. Bueno.

Yeah man, he really describes Superman better than half the current writers.
Batman is another one he always wrote with a bit more restraint.

Although he really seemed to dislike Kyle xD
