I picked up on that myself. But while I think Hickman wouldn't have any ego problems using Fraction's creation as the centerpiece for his own stories, I just don't understand how the Galactus Seed would have gotten released from the World Tree. The Earth's continuing existence should have secured it from birthing anything. Sure, Exitar might have blown up Earth (and maybe it's release wasn't prevented by the time-travel) but Franklin forewarned Black Bolt way before the Apocalypse Twins were even a thing:
That's from FF #18 from July 2012 in the aftermath of Adult Franklin and Kid Franklin fixing Hala's sun which spontaneously was dying. Which, again foreshadowed the current crisis of all the stars dying now.
Yeah, we know that Hickman has no qualms with utilizing the Galactus Seed itself, because he had Galactus express the danger it posed to creation if allowed to hatch back in F4 #600:
Galactus: "Everything would end... Sooner." Essentially, Galactus is saying that if the Seed were to hatch, it would cause 'the early death of everything'--an in-universe Armageddon that, as you know, has been prophesied ever since Hickman's run on F4/FF years ago, and will fully come into fruition within the next few months.
That, along with Black Swan's comment(s):
-"At the birth of Rabum Alal, the early death of everything began."
-"Rabum Alal... He is impatient and his appetite endless."
...Make me think Rabum Alal could definitely be the hatched Galactus Seed. /shrug
As for how the Seed may have been detached from the World Tree: it could've happened when earth was destroyed, as you mentioned. According to Galactus himself, that's all it would take to send the Seed tumbling through space/time into places that not even he could readily access:
But who knows? I'm fine with anyone/thing being this Rabum Alal as long as it's not so simple as #BeyondersBack!! 👇

It has to be someone or something from 616 Earth. If 616 Earth is destroyed it will stop the incrusion, so the point of orgin must be found there.
Originally posted by "Id"Unless you think Rabum Alal was born on earth 616, then this isn't necessarily true. Like I mentioned in that post: its birth is what triggered the incursions in the first place:

^ Ivory Kings are warring with Rabum Alal I think... although they both are causing the early end of the Marvel Multiverse. Mapmakers were using the Incursions for their own purposes. Black Priests and even the Builders were fighting the early end with triage efforts (blowing up Earths to eliminate Incursion points) but something caused hundreds of thousands of universes to disappear a short time ago.

Can't wait for the Multiversal Avengers to get their @$$€$ handed to them by either Rabum Alal or the Ivory Kings.
