"You're about to get powered up by going into the sun. I'm going to probably kill myself trying to stop you because... for whatever reason and such..."

"Don't do that, I don't love you anymore. This is the best time to tell you."

And then Wonder Woman dies in the sun while amped Clark penetrates Lois.

no, just no. From a readers perspective, this is utterly garbage that the writer's putting down.

I could write a better breakup story than that.

Hell, Twilight was better than this garbage.

It's better than what we got for breaking up Clark and Lois.

Lets be honest here, name me the last time you read a Lois/Clark arc that had you saying, damn! This is good shit, i want more.

Lois/Clark dynamic is as dry as a used whore in a whore's house, that's how stale it is.

Just because you don't like it doesn't means everybody shares the same attitude.

And it's still far better than this abomination of a relationship which has done nothing for both characters. Lois is an integral part of Superman Mythos. Wonder Woman isn't and never will be. It's time to accept it and move on. Jim Lee and Geoff Johns have their childhood dreams fulfilled but let's not kid ourselves and think this relationship had any kind of future.

I grew up on Superman, as a kid i use to like Lois, then you grow up and reliaze intergral in the Superman mythos or not, she's pretty much a useless character.

Clark is always saving her, she purposely puts herself in danger.

At least with Diana, Clark didn't have to pretend. Vice versa with Diana and Steve.

If an intergral part of the mythos is the most bland and unimaginative character in fiction, then it might be best to rethink that mythos.

Superman is inspired by Lois. Diana inspires no one 😈

I think Lois is bland, while others believe she's a powerful female character.

I personally don't see it.

Guardians of Knowhere:

Evidently Doom slew a Celestial, and its head became Knowhere... Or so the story goes.

I've said it before, Lois is one of the most poorly written characters in comicdom. Good Superman writers are a rare commodity anyways, if you have sh_tty books you'll get a poorly depicted supporting cast, that's just the way it is.

I'd say BB was around strong, healthy viltrumite levels before this battle. He was taking on multiple viltrumites during the big war.
Low-level Viltrumite, maybe... But BB was never portrayed anywhere remotely close to Thragg's level until this fight. In fact, the first time they met, Thragg swatted him aside as though he was nothing.

Perry White is an integral part of Superman's mythos too, but nobody expects Superman to **** him.

It's a lame excuse, especially with how badly she gets written.

Jim Lee and Geoff Johns have their childhood dreams fulfilled but let's not kid ourselves and think this relationship had any kind of future.

lol, no they ****ing didn't. Two books treated them as a proper couple, and one book was that awful book by Soule that was probably that bad in protest.

Guys like Lobdell showed how ****ing petty and unprofessional they could be by shoehorning Lois in to every ****ing Superman story they could, and as if that wasn't bad enough, they made Super-cuckold whine about Lois while being with Diana.

It's a horrible way to treat the character, especially with the downturn he's been on.

I wouldn't mind if he was with Lois, if only she wasn't so often as an unappreciative, borderline narcissistic **** who probably ****ed Bruce Wayne long before she ever met Clark.

So now, we really didn't get to see the relationship flourish at ****ing all.

^at least she didn't **** bruce while clark was in prison.

Like IM and Wasp.

True but Thragg is a different beast from even a prime Viltrumite warrior. Thragg was trashing the shit out of Nolan too and pretty much everyone else.
