I don't think there's anything ambiguous there. If I tie your limbs with cables, attach the cables to a mini-cooper and stick you on a platform that is slowly moving up, you'll be able to move the cooper due to the platform [flight] and your own durability - not due to strength. Same concept applies here.
That doesn't mean the flight cancels the need to have strength when moving something in general, though. Imagine you're sitting on the platform, and instead of having the cables attached to the car, you lift the car above your head, as the platform moves up. You're strong enough to exert force from your limbs that is moving the car - irrelevanat of the platform. Otherwise, the car would fall on you/limbs would bend backwards as soon as you try to move it.
If you were a woman, on the other hand, such as scene would be sexist, as nothing can tie you up, and a mini-cooper would be too light for your womanly potent muscles. A truck would be more on your level.
