Angela's words regarding Heimdall and Volstagg may be sexist but there's also context behind it. The Angels of Heven are taught to hate. To think of the Asgardians as mere monsters. The villains of the story. Angela had been indoctrinated since childhood in this regard. The good name and character of these two, among others, have been defamed and slandered to a certain end. They are accused of crimes/behaviors most women would rally against. These women just happen to be warriors bound by vengeance. We see this 'end', the result of Heven's influence in Angela's own words. Yet, her comments moments after suggest that she indeed see's past some of her hate-filled teachings and she calls in to question whether or not she'd been mislead and how the stories of Bor may be the only to hold any weight.
Her showing against Bor is a whole different matter...
