I don't know why this feministic BS bothers me at all but it does. I don't mind strong female Superheroes, I wouldn't even mind a chubby heroine or hero, not obese though, but this all is so forced. Men and Women are equal, ok but in comics it seems now that women are more equal...
There used to be a time where Wolverine was a beer drinking chain smoker, but as sentiments about that changed so did his image. It's the same thing as that but with actual characters and stories. You can't see Idunno, Peter Parker with a cell phone then reference instagram and not see a lesbian classmate of his openly talk about her girlfriend. It's just a sign of the times.
