Jobberseid? How about Jobberin?mmm
It's obvious why Odin was put on a pedestal - i.e. the Thor connection. Any Thor fan would put Odin above Darkseid, because otherwise it would make Superman far above Thor. Any Sufer/Hulk fan would desperately agree, for obvious reasons - Thor being significantly weaker than Superman also means that their favorite character is far below Superman [all out].
Thanos fans? Again - if Superman beats Darkseid, who is Odin level, who cleaned house with Thanos, that means bad news for them.
Basically - all of the fanboys having Marvel favorite characters would try their utmost to degrade Darkseid, because the implications of Darkseid being Odin level or above is just simply beyond their feeble mind.

Yeah...I love her giving Mjolnir more feats but he shouldnt downplay Asgard to do it. He should have her showcase that kinda power against others, like some Heralds, or have her fight Hulk or Juggs. Even if she lost I'd be cool with a good fight.
Yep, Mjlonir ft. Don't know why people are getting worked up over this. People did not go ballistic when Mjlonir cracked a hole in Galactus head. People didn't hurrah when Mjlonir was knocking pieces off of Celestials or knocking Gorr for a loop. It's only when Odin comes into play when people get worked up. Mjlonir IS a trans to skyfather level item, no way around this and it hurting Odin isn't a downplay to Odin, it tells us the obvious that has been shown for a while, Mjlonir is one of the most powerful weapons in existence.

Yes they are. The facts is, it was Odin that added the enchantments for the hammer, yet he somehow can't reverse said enchantments.
Either the hammer enchantments have surpass Odin's magic, or Odin has become too weak too cancel them.

But thats not her guys. It's the power of Thor.. If Thor Odinson has became more powerful (which he does with age) and of not relying on the hammer as much which in issue #4 i believe of Thor. He states something about swinging harder and stronger the less he has mjolnir. Anyway, its all Mjolnir and the power of the Odinson any way you look at it, and by rights, its all Odins own power kicking his own ass. Still, they better come up with a reason for this crap. This is...probably one of the lowest showings ever for Odin..considering Jason just had him at a powerlevel capable of moving entire universes. So bi-polar.
No, she's doing this because she has a vagina.

That isn't what is being discussed on the past two pages. Let's stop derailing the ownage thread before we get a mods attention.

Wait so Odin, the guy who enchanted Mjolnir in the first place can't do anything with it? That's bullshit.
It's not impossible for the creation to become more powerful than the creator. How much power did Mjolnir drain from the God Bomb, for example? Besides, Mjolnir was a joint effort together with the King of Dwarves.

Gorr, Demogorge, Surtur(amped), Zeus, Pluto, Mephisto, Hela(amped), etc....
List goes on..
People get too excited. Been happening in comics since time immemorial.
